In addition to routine prenatal care, well-women exams and gynecological surgery, we also address the medical issues concerning teens and menopausal women.

We offer general obstetrics, high risk obstetrics as well as gynecology and specialty care(infertility, hormonal therapy such as bioidenticals and hormone pellet treatments for menopause), hereditary cancer evaluation.
When you enter our practice, our hope is that you will feel comfortable enough to ask our staff any questions you may have regarding your health. With decades of experience, our staff strive to create a caring environment for patients. Beyond reproductive health care, we always do our best to help with our patients' overall health.
Dr. Don J. Nishiguchi aka. Dr. Nish and Dr. Jerry K. Izu have decades of experience helping women throughout the entire process. They will supervise and orchestrate all your care including the delivery of your baby. Women with pre-existing medical problems such as thyroid disease, autoimmune disorders, kidney disease or cardiac disease.
After going through childbirth, it is essential that you recover both mentally and physically. As you are entering a chapter for your family and motherhood, there is often a period of adjustment needed. We have seen thousands of women go through this process and we hope to be there for you during this time as well to answer any questions you may have.

I am so grateful for Dr. Izu and the Valencia Gynecology team! Dr. Izu delivered my baby in April 2022 and was extremely helpful and reassuring throughout my entire pregnancy. He makes himself available to his patients which was especially helpful when I was sick and again when I was nervous about some test results. Lastly, I'm not sure anyone really enjoys bringing their toddlers to their OB appointments but I was very grateful that I was able to on occasion and that it wasn't a big deal. :

I loved my doctor. He was very gentle and explained everything he was doing before he did it. I would love to go back. However, he commented that I gained quite a bit of weight and that made me feel very uncomfortable. My first visit with him was when I was going through a difficult time and not taking care of myself. At my second visit, I was happy and had gained some weight which was met with negativity by my doctor. As a gynecologist, my weight should not be mentioned unless it's an actual threat to my health. Going to seek someone else.

I have been coming to this office for about 3 years now. Dr. Izu is a super friendly doctor but very fast paste. He cared for me with my 2nd pregnancy and now he is taking care of my third one. The staff is very professional. The front desk and nurses are good as well. This is not the kind of office that you will find yourself having super friendly conversations with the staff but that doesn't mean they are rude. They are just busy and always taking care of the next patient. The office very clean and they always see on time.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is always super nice and will do their best to get you in when needed. Dr Nish is absolutely amazing! He takes his time with you, makes sure to answer any questions you have, and even has you come in every 2 wks during the first trimester to make sure the pregnancy is going smoothly and there aren't any complications. I highly recommend this office for your OB needs.
