What a good and trouble free experience. Nice office, easy to get an appointment, no problems.

THE VERY BEST CARE ALL IN ONE VISIT.I HAD MY EARS DRAINED OUT.NOSE TESTED.,M Y EARS WERE TESTED. AND MORE ALL IN ONE VISIT.THEY WERE PERSONAL AND KIND AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.VERY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL OFFICES.IF U NEED EAR NOSE AND THROAT DOCTOR. MAKE AN EFFORT TO SEE THEM. ALL AROUND THE BEST.

Went and saw a new ear doctor cuz mine retired His name is Dr teng. If it wasn't for the awesome front people I would have walked out This guy was rude and stuck on himself His pride was off the chart Unprofessional and no t an oz of empathy If I ever have to go back and see an ear doc I will not be going to see this egotistical guy Somehow he needs a mark on his license for when it comes. Up On renewing. Hope he takes the money he gets from this visit and takes some people skill classes

The woman that did my hearing test was lovely, dr Teng was however completely devoid of human emotion and seemed like he hated his job or maybe just his patients. He didn't listen to me or act interested for one second. I did not have my problem diagnosed because my ears seem fine with their tests but they are not, it is probably neurological and the dr should be aware of that possibility.

Also I am appalled by their entire office being plastered with giant cosmetics surgery adds. A dr's office shouldn't make you feel worse about yourself than you already do. Someone is getting paid to have those stupid adds up and it makes the integrity of the whole business look bad.

The doctor quickly looked in each ear and nostril and told me everything looked normal. I told him I had severe pressure in my ears for months on and off, vertigo, pain in my neck and back, a history of severe ear infections and sinusitis that put me in the hospital for 10 days when I was younger and almost killed me. It was as if he did not even hear me, and told me he was going to prescribe an allergy medication and nose spray even though I told him I have never had allergies.

He did no other tests and seemed in a hurry to move on to the next thing. He also said he would set up a hearing test and perhaps a sleep study, and informed me that those services would reach out to me. It has been a week and I have not heard anything. My issues are still there and getting worse and more frequent.

The check in Lady was positive and helpful. The Doctor was great at explaining his findings, and the nurse remembered my name on the way out. 10/10 experience. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

They make you come a half hour before your scheduled appt and make you think it's at the time they tell you. This happened to me both times. Then their providers are late so you wind up waiting a long time. The reception desk staff spends their time giving you the stink eye and gossiping and when you step up to the counter. you're ignored or rushed.

They also don't wear their masks properly Wish there were better choices in this area. I wouldn't recommend these providers or this place. The fish tank is about the only thing I like about this place.

Great experience with Dr. Stillman, quick and precise procedure with no surprises. My appointment was at 10:00. By 10:10 I was On my way to my car! All questions answered and my issue was resolved without problems.

My experience was horrible. Dr. Seftel should retire now instead of waiting till the end of the year. I have never been treated so badly by a Dr. He wanted to put a probe down my nose to my throat, I told him I suffer with a gag reflex and anxiety, he didn't care. he said he didn't have time for me and was going to go see another patient while I sat and thought about it.

He also told me he knows what is wrong with me but is not going to give me anything for it. I asked him could he prescribe something for me to relax and I would reschedule the appointment, he said NO!

My one-star review is in reflection of this medical office as a whole. It wasn't just one interaction, but several with different staff that lead to the impression that this facility lacks professionalism, is unreliable, cuts corners, and will ultimately botch my surgery. Here's my experience. First off, the SC front staff is disorganized and the office phone screeners lacked motivation to ask a few more questions to discern where to appropriately transfer calls. Instead, the phone screeners avoided any additional work by simply passing off patients' calls to the Watsonville office.

The Watsonville staff frequently told me I was incorrectly transferred. I met Dr. James Teng, who would have performed the surgery, only once for less than 30 minutes. During that interaction, he appeared lacking in confidence. Instead of being straightforward, he seemed uncertain and dodgy, and couldn't give a concise answer. He gave the impression of being inexperienced and new to practicing medicine.

He also failed to offer any pros or cons about the procedure to help me make an informed decision. It felt rushed, like a quick in and out, and lets schedule you for surgery because your insurance will pay for it. Considering that the medical office did not allow uber/lyft for post opt transportation, they failed to offer any resources or suggestions for medical transportation.

I moved to this area for work and knew very few people who would be willing to take time off work to drive to me post opt. It took tremendous effort to arrange transportation, and a week before surgery the office called to reschedule because their anesthesiologist couldn't make it. By this point, it was the last straw, and I had to trusted my instinct and cancel the surgery with this office. Looking back, I am very glad I did not move forward with this office.
