I arrived on time for my appointment having done all the online check in and appt prep and though it's the middle of summer and this is a WOMEN'S HEALTH practice, they told me I couldn't have my 12 year old vaccinated, healthy, mature, masked son wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes reading a book while I had my annual appt. Again a WOMEN'S HEALTH practice turned a mother away because in the middle of summer (no school or other childcare) they wouldn't allow her to be accompanied by her child who would patiently wait for her in the waiting room.

They said it was their policy. When I asked where I would have reviewed the policy they said it would have been when I was called for a reminder of my appointment. When I said I didn't receive a call, they said it would have been in the My Health app, when I searched the My Health app for said policy and couldn't find it and called to ask for clarification about where it was no one could actually point me to the policy.

Horrible office staff. I called and waited for 10 minutes to speak to someone. After speaking for the appointment request for just 1 minute, I was suddenly required to hold, and waited for another 20 minutes without anyone speaking to me. That's ridiculous!

Dr. Kassam is very kind and knowledgeable, she was very helpful when my IUD dislodged and got right to work on getting me a new one.

HORRIBLE OFFICE AND HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER! I work at an OBGYN office and I have been trying to obtain medical records for over 3 months. Everytime I call I sit on hold for 30 mins for them to tell me that they "have never received the release form" I called today asking to speak with an office manager and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. Like I was inconveniencing her. Well maybe if her staff actually answered the phone or did their job, you wouldn't be contacted all the time. OFFICE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE CANNED.

Don't waste your time. Dr Miller is horrible - writes off obvious infections as seasonal allergies, and sends you away to take antihistamines. The gas-lighting is top notch too! "If you had a systemic infection, you'd be in the hospital and feel worse" (says Dr Miller multiple times). From my own experience, that's not true. And last I checked, someone else doesn't get to determine how I feel or the severity of symptoms. Anyhow, these were just a small portion of the ridiculousness I encountered.

I have been coming many years to Dr. Imig. I love her approach and very grateful for her care. The office is organized and the practice is large enough to accomodate many different providers and services. Had to drive out of my area to get a doctor whom I liked and it is well worth it.

I saw Dr. Ladwig at 11 weeks pregnant and made the mistake of telling her that I will need to transfer to another OB-GYN mid-pregnancy to relocate for work. - Dr. Ladwig was 20 minute late to the initial appointment. - Her nurse gave me a cup and asked for a urine sample, no other instructions. I came out with the urine sample and with an attitude; she said "did you see the test strips on the shelf?".

I had no idea I was supposed to do my own tests! Until now, I still did not know what that test was for and why she didn't give me instructions, yet assumed that I would know what to do. - After my first appointment with Dr. Ladwig, I had an emergency over the weekend. Did not get an answer from anyone until Monday and was then pushed off to another doctor; Dr. Inukonda, who turned out to be very thorough and amazing. Dr. Inukonda gave me travel recommendations and offered to be there for questions prior to my transfer. - Dr. Ladwig offered my husband and I options for an abortion.

We did not ask or express any notion that we were even remotely interested in terminating the pregnancy. I am still shocked until today that she would suggest that as an option. - After my initial appointment, I sent Dr. Ladwig an email with more questions that were bullet-pointed and she did not address all of the questions. She ignored half of my listed concerns. - I requested a full medical record transfer and found out from my new OB-GYN that they were incomplete and missing a number of tests already performed.

This caused my new OB-GYN in New Jersey to duplicate efforts and therefore, I was charged double due to her nurses' negligence. - My new OB-GYN tried to contact their office via the number listed in her nurse's signature and the number was disconnected. They do not know what they are doing here, please save yourself some time and find another practice. My experience has been nothing but horrible the moment I walked in the door. If you must go here, I would highly suggest selecting Dr. Kirthi Reddy Inukonda as your OB-GYN.

Just moved to the area at the beginning of my pregnancy; when I called to schedule a first appointment with one of the doctors, they proved to be booked for a few months, but the receptionist was extremely helpful and found me an opening with Dr. Inukonda instead. I am so grateful for that, as Dr. Inukonda and her team have been nothing short of amazing.

It is my first pregnancy and has a few complications, but the team is open, welcoming, and great listeners, giving advice without being pushy. The doctor has called me direct a few times to check on how I am doing and discuss results. I can tell it is a generally busy office, and they have sometimes run a little late on getting to me, but they have been extremely apologetic each time that happens.

From what I can tell, it happens due to either a prior patient running late, or a complication with a prior patient that they wanted to give full attention to. Regardless, the office never feels crowded or overwhelming, and is quite cozy. Each of the staff members I have chatted with has been friendly and helpful, and they remember me. Very personable. The health app they use to send messages, results, bills, and appointment scheduling is really useful.

I just moved to Bay area and went to Dr. Bovone, her team is very unprofessional and rude. I have had the worst experience during my pregnancy with Dr. Bovone's team. I switched my care provider in the middle of my pregnancy. They give too many medications, without even listening properly. I think doctor was always in rush, would not recommend to anyone. I had 3 more pregnancies before, but never had any issue past.
