My wife's glasses, that she got less than a year ago broke while she was cleaning them over the weekend (first frames to break in 4 years). We had to repair them with super glue so she could get through her work shift. She has a warranty on them and took them to get replaced and they told her that because they had been super glued the warranty was void.

My wife mentioned that no one had told her this and they should tell customers. The lady exclaimed that they do when the glasses are ordered and picked up, basically calling her a liar. Well the glasses were ordered on March 22nd (she got them at the end of May) after the pandemic started and there was so much concern over everything that only one person was in the entire office while she and my daughter were trying on frames.

There was no mention of the policy then. The glasses were shipped to our home and not picked up. There was no one who said anything about voiding the warranty. I do recall that there was a deductible, that they replace lenses once and that's it. Coming from an Eye doctor that is awesome, that replaces frames for 2 years under the warranty, as many times as needed and replaces lenses as many times as needed, to a place where you get called a liar and you get sub par products sucks. It may be an hour drive to the other eye doctor but I guarantee the drive is worth it. Oh did I mention that they got her prescription wrong too!

Be VERY careful when having any service from the surgical center. They can't seem to disclose upfront what the costs are going to be. Paid up front and was told that was all that was required. Then 2 weeks later get another bill. It would be nice if they could tell the truth upfront. Update, got a Revenge billing 2 days after questioning the bill. It is 50% more than the original. Ethical business practice is completely lacking. STAY AWAY!

Have been a patient a couple of years. Dr Griffeth takes a cautious approach which I appreciate. Staff friendly and well trained. I feel I am in good hands with my special eye care needs.

Dr. Griffeth and his staff were so amazing! They were so helpful to me with my crazy 2 year old and my 5 month old. They put movies on for my 2 year old and let her hold my hand while I was getting my eyes checked. They also let me hold my 5 month old on my lap while they did the exam as well. They were so fast, efficient, and made everything so easy! Would recommend them 10x over again! Love Dr. Griffeth and his entire staff! Thank you for the wonderful help!

It is always a pleasure to go to Dr Griffeth's office. From the time you walk in till the time you leave you are treated with respect and everybody is truly friendly. The girls at the front desk are very nice and efficient, the staff in the back is so professional and very friendly. And the doctor himself is really a dedicated and good man. I would recommend Dr Griffeth to anyone!

I took my 9 year old there for a check up. My son isn't thrilled to wear glasses and even less thrilled about going to the Dr for his checkups. This was his first visit so the staff there had no previous experience with my son. Even though he was difficult the staff were patient, they even made him understand they were listening to his opinion about his needs (not many people do that with kids). I was impressed and grateful.

I am always greeted with a friendly smile when I show up for my appointment. Everyone is very accommodating and happy to help me and I always have the best experience with Dr. Griffith. He is truly caring, takes the time to talk to me and never makes me feel rushed. He takes care of my family's vision needs and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is my 3rd visit to Dr. Griffeth. The first 2 were for styes in my left eye which (if I remember correctly) had to be lanced and the results were very positive in both cases and healed quickly. Today's visit, 05/03/18, was strictly for getting prescription glasses. However, Dr. Griffeth discovered cataracts in both eyes with the possibility of glaucoma again in both eyes.

Positive verification will be made at a later date when my eyes are not dilated. I view Dr. Griffeth as an expert in his field as well as being very kind and patient with me, an old man of 71. I have absolute and total confidence in his surgical skills and actually look forward to getting my cataracts removed. I highly recommend him because, in my opinion, Dr. Griffeth knows precisely what he is doing. His entire staff is also to be commended for their friendliness, knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Griffith performed cataract surgery for me. It was a very positive experience. He is a very compassionate and skilled surgeon. His staff is awesome. The follow up care has been great. He is now caring for my mother. Today as we left Dr Griffeth's office my mother remarked, "Everybody here is wonderful."

Great staff. Dr Griffeth is ptofesional and competent. Cataracts removed painlessly. Visit once a year. Wonderfull experience. Recommended highly. Nice guy too! I trust him and his staff.
