Horrible PA on duty. Had to fight to even get an antibiotic for my daughter for a UTI, and was then very hatefully told she didn't appreciate me telling her how to do her job or demanding an antibiotic to be issued. Keep in mind, this was not over pain meds, but an antibiotic! She was content with sending her home in pain to ride it out and see if she felt better on her own.
Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor or clinic. We have used this clinic for years, and have noticed the last few times we've gone in that it is getting harder and harder to get a diagnosis or anything other than a recommendation for over-the-counter meds. It has gone downhill with such poor attitudes and lack of caring or compassion that we will not be back.

Took my son to AMC urgent care this morning to have his throat checked for strep only to be denied treatment. My son was denied treatment because when they gave me a form that asked about his status of immunizations, I selected the one that said "not up to date." Because of that, the "provider" was not willing to see him. Three questions: 1) How does my son not being immunized affect anyone else? 2) Why not ask a simple "yes or no" question on the form if you're only seen if you're up to date? (When asked for a reason, I put "personal preference, " I guess they didn't like that.) 3) From my understanding, a doctor and a doctors office is supposed to help those who are sick, not turn them away. Ever since Covid, all I can think about in this instance, is another way that others are pushing their personal agenda.

My fiance has been sick and every time he swallows, it feels like glass. Because he didn't test positive on a strep test, they refused him antibiotics. He is miserable and told us that if he doesn't get better, come back in, pay $50 for a Covid test that he can get for free and pay another $95 office visit. We asked if he could still get antibiotics because we don't really have the money to come back if they were wrong, and the lady told me that we are not a doctor and don't have a right to request an antibiotic.
The nurse was extremely rude and I could've told him to take some over the counter medicine for free but instead we paid $130 for it. This urgent care is the absolute most heartless, careless place I've ever been to. Absolute joke. Save yourself and go somewhere else. I've heard Oklahoma on Demand urgent care is awesome. Update- He did have to go to a different urgent care a few days later. They prescribed him antibiotics and after a few days, he started getting better. He is now fully healed after taking his complete round of antibiotics.

This is the ONLY Urgent Care in the Owasso area that will answer their phones and allow sick people to walk in and be treated! I've been driving around in the ice and snow running a high fever trying to be seen by both urgent cares near me. And although there were no patients whatsoever in waiting room, and both urgent cares had 2 receptionists, they would not answer the phones and told me I would have to find them online to make an appointment! That's it, no other assistance, that's that! They both were literally doing Nothing! Thanks Garnett Urgent care, for supplying us fellow neighbors with "urgent Care"

Do not recommend. Staff is generally very kind, but long wait times and obtuse payment issues have ruined my experiences here. Suddenly they decide they won't take co-pays or balance payments in the office. Advised to call corporate. Corporate won't take payments either, advised to pay in person. Literally had to have a co-pay go to collections to be able to pay it. Absolutely absurd.

Hey, are you all hiring? I could work for a 3 hour shift while I wait for my child to be seen! It is crazy how long the wait is. Four or Five patients in the waiting area and no one got called back for quite some time. The lady at the front was super sweet and I know she can't move patients any faster. If you decide to come here be prepared to be waiting for minimum of 2 hours!

We've come here a few times to get rapid tested for covid. Our experience has always been really good. Honestly it is a little slow, but only because they take precautions to keep patients safe and distanced from each other. Not a complaint. I totally understand there are steps and procedures to follow. But the staff, doctors and nurses are always very kind. That's why we come back. Very good care and good customer service.
Truth I.

If you really got real medical problem and in serious paoin. dont go here. this doctor seen my condition, knrew i was in extreme pain. and looked me dead in the eyes and told me he could not give me pain meds, they treat you as though everyone is looking for a fix of some kind. i mean damit im crying my eyes out. i never even really been on pain meds to now. keep you copay and your insurance money in your pocket. a waste of time and my energy i conjured up just to get there.
