Services
Contesting non-covered claims with your managed care/insurance and re-filing if you desire. Full payment within 30 days of all services transferred to patient responsibility, even if secondary filing by you is pending. Filing your claim once with the managed care/insurance company that you have given us as your primary coverage.
Hours: 8:00 am to 12:00noon and 1:00 - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday except for major holidays. Directions: From the intersection of Prien Lake Road and Enterprise Blvd., go east two blocks, turn left (north) on 1st Avenue. Go two blocks north. Before you reach Oak Park Blvd., the office will be on the right side of the street.
For children and parents, acute illness and common childhood accidents that may require hospitalization are anxiety-provoking experiences. The Children's Clinic offers services at our main office that may help the family avoid a hospital admission or allow your doctor to more adequately evaluate the need for hospital admission.

Dr.price is not a good doctor. We went in for a wellness check up $110 for the checkup. We get there and I ask a simple question about a rash on my child's chest and we weren't prescribed an ointment for it just told what I already knew to do put cortisone cream on it. She up charged us to $166 because I asked a question. Keep in mind we didn't have insurance for this visit so that came out of pocket.
