Dr. Andrew Saffer and his wonderful staff are a gift to anyone with aching feet. My entire family and I have been going to Dr. Safer for one ailment or another for 15 years. He is nothing short of a miracle worker. My husband and I have both walked in with painful "things" on the bottom of our feet, and walked out pain free and with a plan to ensure future happy feet.

I've been a patient of Dr. Saffer for over six months, and what strikes me the most is his attentiveness and accessibility. Very nice staff also. For me, he recommended exercises and stretches instead of pushing surgery. You can trust he'll do what's best for the patient. If you live near Mount Pleasant, I highly recommend him.

My husband's been a patient for 2 years now and Dr. Saffer and his team are always GENUINELY pleasant, friendly and caring. While, unfortunately, my husband's foot issues and pain haven't gotten better, as there's no fix or cure for them, I at least feel like Dr. Saffer has tried his best to assist. We've been to other podiatrists in the area that were far less knowledgeable and definitely lacked the caring qualities that we found here. Dr. Saffer and the staff at Carolina Foot & Ankle were wonderful. My brother who is developmentally disabled was suffering with an infection on his large toe and bad toe nail fungus on both feet. I registered online after hours to make an appointment, they called me first thing the next morning and were able to have John come in before they actually opened the next day. Dr. Saffer and everyone else in the office were great in treating my brother and keeping him relaxed and comfortable in a situation which was very uncomfortable for him.

The doctor informed me that it was a good thing we came in when we did, because a longer delay in treatment would have developed into a serious condition with his toe infection. I can't thank them enough for their efforts and instructions on caring for my brothers feet going forward. Thank you Dr. Saffer

I was pleased with the service I received. When I arrived I was unsure what was going on with my ankle but the Doc fixed me right up. Seeing that I was self pay he helped me where he could by avoiding costly test. The staff was warm and personable which was a pleasure. In a world of corporate owned health practices finding a independent was a breath of fresh air. I can comfortably say I will recommend Carolina Foot & Ankle Specialist to anyone in need.

I was a little apprehensive about getting cortisone injections for arthritis and bone spurs on both feet. Dr Saffer was amazing! Not one bit of pain, nothing. The staff was extremely friendly and I appreciated that. I cannot imagine anything better than this practice!

Dr. Saffer and team were amazing! My friend was visiting from Switzerland and broke her foot! Urgent care advised us to see a specialist and they were able to work us in before her flight back! Dr. Saffer even helped her in from the parking lot! Everyone was so helpful and they provided the necessary documentation to submit to her insurance back home. He explained everything thoroughly and took wonderful care of her! So grateful for him and his team during such a stressful time!
