I have struggled with my breasts for many years and it took me a long time to find a surgeon who was capable of giving me what I needed, and genuinely caring for his patients. I have never been more pleased with my body than I have been since my breast reduction. Dr. Brown is absolutely amazing and so is everyone at his office.

I have never had a more positive experience at a plastic surgery office. I had many consults around CT and from the moment I walked into Dr. Brown's office I felt very comfortable. The front desk staff is very helpful and kind. I decided to get plastic surgery from Dr. Brown and I am very pleased with my decision. He was very kind, listened to my concerns and answered my questions without rushing me out.

He made sure I was 100 % happy in the process leading up to my surgery. (i.e. the day of surgery making sure i was happy with the marks for my tummy tuck and lipo). I am overly happy with my results and referred a friend to him as well for the same procedure. She was extremely happy with her results as well. I have had procedures done by Dr. Brown in 2013 and 2021. From start to finish Dr. Brown carried the highest standards. He laid out what to expect, answered questions, and left me confident about my decisions. The work he did has me feeling confident both inside and out. The procedures went exactly as he presented them. His bedside manner, knowledge, skill, delivery, and compassion was outstanding.

I travel 7 hours to see him and it is worth it! I live in an area where I feel healthcare is behind the times. After healing from a procedure I had a medical concern unrelated. The state I live in bounced me back and forth between 4 ER's for 2 months. Provider in my state had me driving 3.5 hours between ERs without resolution. I finally called Dr Brown despite it being 430 on a Friday.

With no hesitation he asked how soon I could be there. On a Saturday morning he treated me and I am feeling 100%. Now that displays dedication to his patients way above expectation! This is the Doctor you call and can expect to answer your concerns directly. He genuinely cares about his patients giving them the time, superb care, and goes above and beyond what's expected. Oh, and let's not forget the women working on the office.

There are three that I meet my first procedure(2013) and are still there today(2022). They are so welcoming and knowledgeable about the services provided. The atmosphere, the smiles, and the interactions between the staff are wonderful. They're ones that you can tell they love their jobs and you will be supported. I feel blessed to have had such exceptional care and results!

I came to Dr Brown for a scar revision from a Facelift done by another plastic surgeon. Dr Brown was able to give me a beautiful result. I am so pleased with the contour of my neck and chin now and it's only been a little over one month. Dr Brown and his staff are terrific!

Dr. Brown is an incredible, professional doctor with superb bedside manner. After several consultations with other surgeons, I instantly knew I would be in good hands with him. During my consult, he was very honest, knowledgeable, and never tried to push a procedure on me or convince me to get anything additional done. Dr. Brown personally called after my breast augmentation and tummy tuck to check on how I was feeling and answered all questions that I had about recovery.

The surgical center nurse also called to check in which really impressed me. The staff at the office are so sweet and welcoming too. I am a few days post-op and I am already thrilled with my results. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown for any of your plastic surgery procedures, look no further.

Dr. Brown came as a recommendation from a friend. His office is about 50 minutes from my home. His professionalism, excellent communication about process, cost and recommendations and wonderful office staff, make the drive worth it. Last year, I had an abdominoplasty ("tummy tuck") and brachioplasty ("arm lift") with Dr. Brown and I can honestly say it was the best decision I've ever made. I had lost over a hundred pounds the year before, but I had been left with so much loose skin that it felt like I hadn't lost anything at all. My self-confidence was nonexistent and I felt trapped inside my own body.

Then Dr. Brown gave me my life back. He was kind and considerate, thorough and knowledgeable. During every consult, he answered every question and concern. He was always honest about what my best options were. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. His staff were professional and helpful. In short, he was exemplary, and my results are AMAZING. For the first time in years, I look at myself in the mirror and smile. Form-fitting crop tops and tank tops are no longer the enemy. I cannot speak more highly of the man; Dr. Brown is a miracle worker.

I made an appointment for Botox injection and thought I'd be seeing the medical doctor, however instead I was seen by a nurse who assured me she was skilled at giving the injectable. I showed her the areas that needed injecting and she was very nice, but whatever she did, the Botox didn't work and I didn't get the intended results! So I called the office and the receptionist was quite rude byletting me know it had been several weeks, but i informed her that Botox is supposed to last 3-4 months not 5 weeks! Also, it was quite pricey at $560 for a small area and this was even with a supposed discount. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend this office to others mainly because patients are handed off to nurses instead seeing of the doctor who is likely more skilled at injectable procedures. Patients should be informed of this when making appointments. I also think there are other medical practices where Botox procedures are a better deal with positive results.
