Dr. Wolf has been providing state-of-the-art eye care in Palmer for over 40 years. He is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and is distinguished as past president of the Massachusetts Society of Optometry. He was awarded the Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston and received a B.S. in Zoology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Our eyewear dispensary has the reputation for having the largest selection of frames in the area at the most affordable prices. Our wide range of eyewear includes designs by Jones New York, Nine West, as well as Lucky Brand. We have frames for every budget. Lenses can be made ultra-thin, scratch-resistant with UV blocking, antiglare and polarized.

Never again. The pre exam questions were very intrusive. Especially for an eye exam. The ceilings were falling in. The equipment was malfunctioning.

Highly recommend Dr. Wolf. Extremely personable and thorough. Very unsatisfied with the optical shop though. Rude staff member.

I submitted a request for an appointment due to rapid near sighted vision loss along with twitching, pressure and headaches. The secretary that called was extremely rude and talked over me. She dismissed my symptoms to my age and would not prioritize my appointment. Said she couldn't get me in for a couple of months.

Great and friendly staff. Dr. Gary Wolf is always pleasant and knows his stuff. This place is amazingly prepared to keep all patients safe. They have it down pact with covid-19 preparations even down to sterilizing the pens. I can't sing their praises enough I wish all doctor offices were this prepared and friendly. :

I hate to write a review like this, but after giving them 3 times to fix the problem it never got better. I picked up my new glasses and when I got home I noticed there was a scratch already on the lense. I called and they were nice and said they ordered new ones for me. When they came in I went back to get the lenses swapped, noticed there was a huge mark which ended up being a mess up in the reflection coating I paid extra for (which they never noticed). Called back again, they said they would order new ones, went to pick up my new lenses, for the third time.

The lady was extremely rude and said I must have good eyes because she didn't see it. Just got home and noticed she now scratched my frames. I honestly don't even have the patience to call back and say something because I feel like I shouldn't have to go back 4 times to make sure I get what I paid for. Not to mention it cost $377 dollars with insurance.

Never going back, the doctor is extremely nice and most of the staff are too. Just sad they have someone rude working directly with the customers and making me feel annoying to keep asking for lenses that aren't messed up. 4 trips later, and my glasses are still messed up. Sorry not sorry.

Three children ages 5, 8, and 14. Denied a vital tool such as eye glasses in this practice. All because they did not have their exams there. So as a result are not allowed to purchase eye ware. They accept the insurance, but secretary says no cause they did not have there exams there. The lame excuse was, they did not want to be liable for an incorrect prescription?

If they did not write it, they have nothing to worry about. I dont recommend business like this to anyone. I will call the state department, also health and human services tomorrow and find out if this is legal. Three of the children are little girls, two of whome are siblings, and the 14 year old a boy. The little girls have been adopted by my wife and myself, the young boy is not.

Since I received 4 text messages reminding me to be on time for today's appointment. I would have assumed they would have been on time. But here I am waiting as an hour passes. I guess they only care about themselves

I love this place everyone is always nice ans welcoming and DR is always pleasant! I tell People to go there all the time when they are looking for a new eye DR. Also its very conveniently located! Highly recommend!

My family and I have been coming here for years. I highly recommend them! Glasses can be pricey so I usually get my prescription and go to Costco. Great staff and doctor!

I'm only giving this office three stars because though the doctor himself is very nice and there are a few nice staff members, I encountered a VERY rude one today. I called to find out if my glasses were in. I had ordered them back in December of 2016 and the woman who handles that was extremely rude, telling me that they had called and no one answered.

She continued to talk over me when I tried to explain that I did not receive any voicemails or phone calls from their office. I am a stay-at-home mom and I'm around all the time. People like her make me, and others, not want to go to office's like that. If you work with the public, you should know how to talk to customers.

The staff is always nice to me. You may need to wait for an appointment but that's just what happens with a good business that is busy. I had lost my glasses in a local river kayaking. I called on Monday to order a new pair and was told 1-1.5 weeks. I got called 2 days later and told my glasses were in.

I called here asking about glasses for my daughter ( shes 2yrs old) and I was directed to the lab. The lady I talked to wasn't pleasant at all. just for her attitude I took my business some where else.
