Honestly had 0 problems up until a week ago. The staff has been very helpful and outgoing when Dr. Kula was still there. Now I have been not called back or notified if they are even receiving my calls and they also misinformed me on a medical issue. Not very pleased these past experiences has made me switch offices.

I've been a patient here for almost 15 years and I can confidently say that while everyone is very pleasant and sweet, I've essentially been paying them to do nothing. Two years ago, I brought up my concern that I was iron deficient, because of family history, my symptoms, and demographics, with Dr. Zisblatt, which can be easily diagnosed with a simple blood test.

My mother also asked her to do a blood test to check for high cholesterol and fatty acids, both of which run in my family. She brushed both of us off and ignored our concerns until I almost passed out in school, leading to a blood test that revealed I was - wait for it - iron deficient. Disgusting.

Three stars only because of the service at the front desk by Andrea. I have been going to this place since I was born, so 21 years Dr. Zisblatt and the nurse practitioners deserve a 5 star rating; I am only writing this review in regards to the verbal harassment I was served today. I arrived and checked in stating my name and was confirmed by Andrea for my 4:10 appointment (I distinctly remember this because I had 4pm inputted in my phone calendar).

Then I use the restroom to then return and wait 50 minutes because I had arrived a bit early but my appointment was still 25 minutes late at that point. Then I go back up to the front desk this time speaking with Sandy who was patient and pleasant but confused because my appointment was never confirmed. I then proceeded to be verbally harassed and accused of lying by Andrea.

Very unprofessional behavior to make a lifetime patient wait 50 minutes then yell at them in return. I usually don't mind going to the doctors because Dr. Zisblatts staff is very accommodating and kind, but today the service fell short of acceptable behavior. * it should be noted that upon returning home in tears from this encounter that similar stories of encounters with Andrea specifically emerged from both my brother and mother. 5 stars for Holliston Pefiatrics 0 stars for the service given by Andrea

We moved back to this area in 2016. My daughter had a chronic issue with acid reflux and another GI issue during her middle school years, and we needed services at BCH. Without hesitation I recommend Dr. Gfeller at Holliston pediatrics. She and her staff were outstanding at treating our situation and getting us the appointments with specialists and the follow up care that resulted in my daughter successfully managing her condition.

I remember times when Dr. Gfeller would call me, even late at night and probably at the end of a long day, to check in and see how my daughter was doing when starting a new treatment or to follow up on how a visit at BCH went. My teenage son saw Dr. Gfeller after a routine annual visit, and she detected something others, among them Harvard graduates, had not up until that point.

Maybe it wasn't there before, or maybe it happened during a growth spurt, but she sent my son to a specialist at BCH and it turns out he has mild scoliosis. That answered a lot of questions. For our family, Dr. Gfeller and the staff at Holliston Pediatrics turned out to be the best for my children.
