All personnel there are gems, especially as I was an hour late, having the wrong time and traveling two hours for the appointment. Dr. B is so pleasant and cheerful, and makes you feel comfortable and trusting. This will be my second surgery with him and I know I am with the very best!

The office is run efficiently without long waits and delays. Dr Kristen is knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled. She has been doing a series of steroid injections in my arthritic hand and wrist joints that have allowed increased movement and greatly lessened the pain.

I recently had a post-op visit at the Wexford office. Very professional and efficient staff. Nancy was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, very nice change from other doctor visits!

Dr Buterbaugh is the best hand surgeon in Pittsburgh. He operated on my right hand 6 years ago and I knew I would only trust him with my left hand. Everyone from front desk, to surgical staff, to physical therapy are constant with patient care. The Wexford facility is always clean. I never minded waiting because maybe the patient ahead of me developed an urgent issue and needed extra time and care. If it were me and the doctor was helping me, I would be very grateful. One never knows what could happen to them. We all need to be patient patients!

All the staff were prompt and greeted me with friendliness; So did the doctor. X-rays were taken and doctor showed them to me to explain the pain from bone spur in my shoulder joint. I like this doctor and I am waiting months to see if I can tolerate the pain or if I will elect to have the bone spur cut off.

I consider Dr. Grand at the Hand and Shoulder Center in Wexford to be rated at 5 stars plus. He was cordial, professional, and most of all very talented providing my treatment. He put me at ease with conversation, he thoroughly explained my condition, proposed treatment and post treatment expectations. He talked TO me not at me or over me. I thank him and the office for a very satisfying office visit and treatment. My only regret is that I can't clone him for my other medical specialist providers.

The five star rating says it all. My experience with Doctor Glenn B. and staff have been very positive from my initial appointments to the surgery department that corrected the problems with my hands. I would recommend the Hand & Shoulder Center to my friends.

I've been a patient of Dr Imbriglia for more than twenty years. I've trusted him through three wrist surgeries, as well as other treatments, and can't speak highly enough of the results. He is a no nonsense kind of guy and he doesn't waste time "trying" different treatments. If there's a problem he gives his honest opinion on how to resolve it, then he does. I recommend Dr Imbriglia to anyone having issues with their upper extremities.

All of my experiences with Dr Balk have been good ones he is very experienced at what he does I have delt with him for carpal tunnel in both hands two separate trigger finger problems and currently a shoulder issue. Like I said he is very good and would recommend him to anyone! His office is usually running on time as well I've not had to wait much past my appointed time if any at all!
