Extremely rude. A woke nurse yelled at me because my mask was below my nose, while a lady across from me wasn't wearing one at all. At that point, I didn't trust them anymore.

I was very impressed with how thorough my eye exam was. The staff was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. All my concerns were addressed and my questions were answered. Thank you, Lawrence County Eye Associates & Dr. Shower.

Very efficient, kind staff. Dr. Redovan is an excellent doctor and easy to talk to. We are lucky to have him in New Castle.

The staff and Doctor are excellent, waiting time in patient room is a little bit too long but worth it.

I believe Doctor Coney is a great man and very talented. I started out as a diabetic that reached 418lbs careless about the diabetes invincible. Than I was sent to him by Candice Macri my regular eye doctor. Doctor Coney was quick to act told me I had 5 years at that rate I'd be blind. He had me try to get in a study nearby that he believed would help save my sight.

I called and because I was an ideal weight they refused me. So two years later the study must have proved itself cause I started getting laser and shots in both eyes. Sure it sucks sure it hurts temporarily the most annoying part is floaters after the procedures can last a little while a bit annoying but I can see quite well even pulled off a 20/10 in one eye last appointment.

So it's got better and I feel it's essential testing for diabetics. Would of been 5 stars but they keep charging me for something my insurance said was coded wrong. Still sending a bill.

Very pleasant experience, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, no long waiting. Dr Shober is very professional and friendly also, she seems to be very caring about her patients and their needs. I felt comfortable with her and thexway I was treated. Excellent.

I was getting ready to take my son to physical therapy when my 7-year-old granddaughter said to me "grandma, what happened to your eye?" I looked in the mirror and the white part of my right eye was solid red in the outside corner and was spreading. I immediately called the office, it was later in the day. They had me in the next morning at 8:35! Turns out it was a broken blood vessel, which looks worse than it is. I am so thankful they got me in so fast. The staff at the office is so kind, such wonderful ladies, all very pleasant and helpful.

My husband is the patient. He really likes Dr. Redo and. He does a thorough job, and is very personable. The staff is professional and friendly. Taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

We had concerns about my son and some sudden vision changes. The office was gracious to get us in as a new patient same day. They were very thorough and helped ease our minds about his condition.

From the front desk to Dr. Coney to the workers I passed in the hallways, there were smiling friendly faces. The professionalism was on display without the cold sterilization of clinic. Great people. Great service. Great practice.
