Dr Drevna was very kind and considerate with my older brother who has a disability. My brother said that he was a miracle worker. Dr Drevna was very professional and personable and the surgery he performed had a excellent outcome.

Dr Drevna was excellent. I had a bladder tumor removed. He explained this procedure very well. My surgery went very well. My outcome was good. His bedside manner was great. I would definitely recommend him and if I had another issue in the future I would for sure go to him. One of the best doctors I ever had to treat me. Thomas Williams.

Dr. David Drevna is truly a professional in every aspect. Diagnosis, explanations, bedside manner, not to mention surgical expertise. His staff is equally efficient in every way. I highly recommend Dr Drevna. You will get awesome service and make a new friend as well. Heartfelt thanks and appreciation.

Outstanding experience with Dr. Drevna and his staff at NEO Urology! Kidney stones are a new experience for me. I was in pain and worried about what was happening. Dr. Drevna patiently answered my questions and explained my options. He and his staff worked diligently to resolve my out-of-state insurance issues and provide the treatment I needed. He is one of the kindest professionals I've ever met as well as a brilliant and skilled specialist. If you need a Urologist, this Doc is top-notch!

Dr. Drevna and his staff are super! He talks to you through the whole process of your exam and takes the time to explain everything and listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. Best doctor in town.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Drevna and I was very impressed. The office staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Drevna was very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns and issues. He made a care plan with me that I was comfortable with and made sure I understood everything that was going on. To me, there's nothing more important than feeling understood by your physician and trusting in their care.

This is LONG, but you NEED to read it before you consider going here. So this isn't a review against NEO so much as it is a particular doctor. I have had some serious issues going on for a few months now, and at the time I had been trying to receive help from advanced urology (that's a whole different review though), and wasn't having much luck.

I had called NEO hoping they could help me. My mistake was not waiting 2 more weeks and getting in with one of the Memos (the established well known doctors) and instead I rushed out of panic and got in with the "new" guy Dr. Drevna (probably spelling this wrong). My first visit with him was short and he basically said "I don't know what's going on but it sounds like prostatitis, but we need to do a cystoscope to make sure there's no structure".

Fair enough, though what he described sounded awful. Dear god I had NO idea how awful it would be. The day of the procedure I was "greeted" by a nurse with the single worst demeanor I've ever encountered. She was terrible. Rude, could not possibly have cared less about my concerns and basically ignored the entirety of me explaining how my symptoms had worsened.

She said "strip down and sit on that table and cover up (with a thin sheet of paper basically). The doctor came in and ignored my new concerns as well. I was given no numbing agent, offered no laughing gas, and basically had this man grab ahold of me and JAM this thing into my urethra. I was literally screaming in pain the entire time and they could not have cared less. Pumping me full of water for several minutes (he told me this would take approximately 45 seconds total, he lied).

If you've never had a scope you can not fathom the pain this caused. After several minutes he finally pulled it out of me. I was close to throwing up. He said "no structure, and your symptoms don't sound line prostatitis to me (after the same and WORSENING symptoms led him to believe that's exactly what was going on). He said "you'll have to pee, go to the bathroom and get dressed", walked out of the room and left me there.

I hobbled to the bathroom and almost blacked out, and if I had there was NO one there to hear or find me. I was in agony for several days after, I literally could not sit down to pee (imagine the worst cramp you've ever had in a muscle and now put that in your bladder and multiply it by 10, excruciating doesn't describe it). The entire experience was terrible, and though I'm not better I will never go back there, at least not to him.

What an absolute joke. If you DO NOT heed my warning and decide to go here, ONLY accept being seen by one of the other doctors there, avoid this guy at all costs. I've since had another scope (unfortunately) elsewhere and though it was painful it was painful for about 60 seconds, did not hurt to pee after wards and with the help of some Azo (which did NOT help after the scope at NEO because they did so much damage) I was "ok" within 2 days. I'm being seen at another urologist and though they're stumped still they are at least trying some different things to see if anything works.

To sum this up, do NOT go to this man. He has jo business going anywhere near your genitals for any reason. I'm going to post a review about Advanced Urology as well shortly, they're not worth your money or time either (for different reasons.) Ignore my warning at your own risk, I'm not posting this for fun, I'm posting it because it really was that bad.

NEO UROLOGY, Dr Mark Memo and Staff continues to maintain the highest professional standards. Dr Memo has been my Urologist for 14 years, he has given me a quality of life that few with my serious condition have experienced. I could give you scores of reasons with my recommendation in support of this highest quality Urology Service but let it suffice to state; experience, intelligence, compassion, and professionalism. Simply put Dr Mark Memo and staff are the very BEST!

Dr. Mark Memo and Dr. David Drevna took great care of me. My kidney stone issue, treatment options, and potential risks were explained very well. Entire process was completed successfully with minimal discomfort. Surgery is never fun but this went extremely well. And with hearing some of the horror stories about other people's kidney stone issues, I think I got off easy. Doctors and staff are very professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone having similar health issues.

Never ever go here. One of their doctors left a surgical drain tube inside of me about 4 inches long. It ended up causing me a lot of pain, infection and eventually had to have another surgery to fix theirs. Just make the trip to the Cleveland Clinic and get it done right.
