Sunrise Family Practice - Nicole E Hoffman DO

Been trying for over a week to get refill on BP medicine. Called 3 times, sent email, pharmacy sent 3 requests with no results. It's a Rx I've taken for years and always gets refilled. Been out for 5 days. Really has me stressed. Pretty simple request. Jolo is always so nice and so is the staff. Really don't want to change providers but don't know what else to do. What's up?!

I absolutely love this place! Starting from day one! They have such a wonderful team of professionals that really treat you like no other Dr. Office I've ever been to. They have a professional manner, with a home style family approach! WAY TO GO SUNRISE, thank you all so much for your time, and personal treatment. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I am so sad to have to give a poor review because Jolo is completely amazing. Her MA Patrick is amazing as well. Lately however, getting ahold of anyone, and getting anything we need has been next to impossible. My husband had a scare in the ER and was stuck home from work until he could get a follow up with his doc Jolo. He went in and had blood drawn, and called them several times a week over the next month and a half awaiting an update, nothing.

I finally called after 2 months and threw a fit, and was finally told the results over the phone, which were all good thank heavens. I have also called multiple times for prescription refills and am told they will send it over and give me a call back I am on my second week without medication now which is really not.

I hate to change my review cause Jololene and Patrick were so kind, however Jolo put me on a med that my insurance wouldn't authorize so they stated they would continue giving me samples d would continue working on it. They told me they were expecting more samples and would call me. I never got a call and they never responded to my calls and just stopped working on the authorization.

I felt forgotten about and like my care didn't matter. I have referred so many people to them as well. Finding a new provider sucks and just another curve ball in actually receiving real care.

By far one of the best practitioner I have had the pleasure of seeing. She truly has the patient's best interest at heart. She takes the time to not only hear you, but actually listen as well. I've recommended her to everyone I know.

I've seen Jololeen Allan for going on 2 years and as long as she is practicing I'll never go see another doctor. She is so patient, caring, understanding and actually and truly cares for her patients! She has been a saint to me going through an auto immune disease. If your looking for the best person to see for your medical needs I highly recommend Jolo!

If you want a great provider that truly cares and will listen then Jololene is that provider. I had the privilege of learning from her as an NP student and she taught me so much about treating people like people and not just a number! She's so great that I drive from bountiful to see her as my provider now. I highly recommend her to my family and friends. Keep up the great work!

I love this place. Dr Vowdry is amazing and takes the time necessary for each patient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality medical care by someone who really cares about her patients

I ADORE Jo. She is so caring and so thorough- within just a few months of seeing her she has managed to find the most effective treatment I've ever had for several problems I've had for years. She also is so great to chat with- it always seems I stay longer at appointments just to catch up. Jo is a great practitioner and a great person overall. I also don't have insurance but her copay is affordable enough that I'm finally able to get care consistently.
