Hours - We are open Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM. Calling our Office - Our telephone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After office hours the telephone is answered by our answering service. Your questions will be directed to your cardiologist or our nurse practitioner. If it is necessary for you to speak with your doctor, he/she will return your call as soon as possible the same day.

I like Dr Ravi and his team a lot and have always received great care. Lately trying to call the office for any reason at all is a nightmare. I spend hours on hold before leaving a message that takes 24hours to be returned for even a simple question. It just seems a bit irritating that it's impossible to even reach the front desk staff for a quick question.

I had a 930 appointment and I did arrived 10 minutes late but after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby the receptionist tells me I have to reschedule my appointment. Mind you you can't eat or drink anything before you come in. It was all just a huge waste of time. Then my instructions said my appointment would be approximately 60 minutes. she tells me that they have another patient at 10. How if my appointment is a hour long. Just very unprofessional.
