Dr. Hall is an absolute First class Dr. He helped me through some problems that had been ongoing with it. He was polite and professional, he is friendly and really listens to his patient's and wants to help. It was a pretty long process and I will admit I got frustrated with the process but in the end it worked my eye is healthy and I have new glasses that I desperately needed and a fresh prescription for my contacts.

I am very grateful for Dr. Hall's patience and persistence. I would and do Highly recommend this Dr. They have a huge selection of glasses frames and the staff is friendly and professional.

I saw Dr. Hall for my routine exam and Rx update. Not only was he kind and personable, he took time to give me a detailed information on how to better care for my eyes. Somaya the scheduling and intake coordinator was welcoming and very prompt. Lexi, the technician who did my prelim testing was very detail oriented and made me feel at ease. Thank you for a wonderful visit. Silver Lake and S. Everett need more businesses like this!

I went to the clinic for the first time and the receptionist is very friendly. The assistant came and was very friendly and professional. She went slowly through the process to make sure I understood. Dr. Walker is very nice, thorough and patiently went over the procedure. I want to thank the whole team. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

Took the kids to see "Dr." Hall today and we were very disappointed with how this exam went. My son has been complaining that he can see long bright lines coming off of lights and that he gets headaches when he looks at a screen for extended periods of time. Which has been concerning as he has been schooling at home on a chromebook. This was their first eye exam.

As someone who has worn glasses/contacts for more than 18 years, I know how overwhelming they can be. The equipment alone looks like something out of a si-fy movie. Yet this guy was extremely rude and rushed my kids through each step. He even SIGHED heavily if they were taking to long reading the letters. And on top of my son feeling uncomfortable he shrugs his concerns off says nothings wrong and stormed out the room. He just left my little man sitting feeling hopeless. We are filing a complaint and will be getting a second opinion. Do not go to this office.

This place refuses to see me ever again, because I missed 2 appointments and 1 same day cancelation which is considered a missed appointment. I think that is the most ridiculous reason to never see a patient again. I could understand if there were a 6 month probation period, but to never be able to schedule an appointment, seems pretty harsh. Not only did you lose me as a patient and my business, but both of my children go there too and you lost them as patients and their business as well! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else that cares about their patients.

Excellent care. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional and kind. The level of care of was really above and beyond. I came in for post surgery care and testing of eye function. Aside from the standard treatment and care you might expect, Dr. Hall reached out to me over the weekend to personally make sure I was okay and that my healing was on was continuing to stay on track. I was really touched by this.

Took my wife in for a foreign object in her eye. The doctor never even addressed that issue. Ran some VERY expensive test and examination only to be given some eye drops. She was then told on the next visit the swelling went down. It appears more swollen and the irritation has increased. More pain and irritation than when she went in. Was told it was improved.

Other than several hundred dollars that the insurance didn't cover, her situation has gotten worse as well as our financial situation because of this clinic. Wish I could give zero stars. the response I got doesn't even address what I wrote. Predictable. again, It isn't the money, but complete and utter disregard for the issue that she was reffered for.

The only reason I can think that this place has such low star reviews is because some people are hypercritical. I'm glad I read the 5-star reviews because the low stars were about to scare me off. I was referred here by my doctor to see an ophthalmologist about a chalazion I developed on my eyelid. The staff were kind and I never waited after my appointment time to be seen.

The Dr even took a more holistic approach to my chalazion than just surgically removing it the first time I saw him. I'm glad he didn't because that does come with the side effect of the duct being scarred and not working in the future. Anyways I found him knowledgeable and experienced and hope you give this clinic a chance. I don't normally write reviews I just am because this place does not deserve low stars.

My 9 AM appointment did not begin until almost 9:10 AM. When the doctor finally saw me, he rushed through the appointment and failed to answer specific questions I had about eye prescription and its relation to the focal distance of light in the human eye in the detail one would expect from a medical professional. Finally, the test pair of contact lenses was thrown at me from across the room at the end of the appointment (very unprofessional) and was not in fact labeled as the prescription that I had just been assessed.

I had to ask for the correct one, or to be retested again to verify if I did indeed have the correct prescription. Maybe it was just an off morning, but it was a terrible first impression and I will never go back here.

Completely agree with other reviewers about Dr. Hall. He tried to rush, I couldn't even get enough time to focus after each time he changed the lenses. I had a feeling like he was trying to get rid of me as fast as he could. On the other hand, the staff was pretty nice with me, especially the one, who did the checks before Dr. Hall saw me, she was very polite and professional.
