My son went here a for knee injury. Had two new patient appointments because the first doc said that his partner was a pro at the type of injury my son had. Each time he went the doc wanted new images, then wanted more follow ups to update notes for insurance to request authorization for surgery ( notes were only two months old). Talked to office manager about this as I felt it was a money grab, not to mention they require payment in full in advance for my estimated cost (over $6k) before they would even schedule the surgery. Reluctantly we went to the office visit.
Only to have the doctor treat my son as if it was the first time he was seeing him, requesting more X-rays, then telling my son that his knee was messed up, really messed up, that he needed surgery. Then he turned to me and told me if I hadn't waited so long my son's knee wouldn't be this bad. This is after them requesting x-rays over and over again more follow-up appointments over and over again them pushing out how long he was on his knee with this injury.
Then they told us that we should seek another opinion while they talk to their partners about what the best approach to the surgery would be. We left that clinic called University of Washington stadium clinic had an appointment two days later my son's first surgery was 2 months later. He just completed his second surgery. I tell everyone I know not to use Everett Bone and joint worst physicians I have ever dealt with and they're all about the money. Avoid using this clinic at all cost!

Dr. John Pryor is not only a skilled spine surgeon but he is also a compassionate individual, interested in his "whole" patient, not just a symptom. In addition to Dr. Pryor, I have utmost respect for the EBJ support staff. I have had two lumbar surgeries and am so thankful for Dr. Pryor and the care I have received.

I saw two separate providers at EBJ, Dr. Laura Sanske for my spine and Dr. Vaudreille for my hip. Positives: Both doctors showed empathy and compassion and ordered the imaging I requested. Negatives: Neither doctor was able to provide a treatment plan. Despite my MRI noting several issues, Dr. Sanske did not offer any kind of treatment plan or options.
Her conclusion was that the issues in my spine were not causing my debilitating pain, and therefore did not need to be treated. I had a few successful appointments with Dr. Vaudreille, but during our last appointment he clearly did not actually listen to my concerns or acknowledge the severity of my situation. I am in a wheelchair due to debilitating pain in my hips and legs. Dr. Vaudreille did not want to perform surgery on my torn hip labrum because he "didn't want me to be in a wheelchair 24/7 during recovery".

I am never disappointed by EBJ in Everett, Washington. They are very nice, personable, and knowledgeable at what they do. I am very active in my life. I have had several unexpected mishaps or onsets, and this Team of brilliant medical professionals has never failed to repair and impress me. Thanks you very much, EBJ!

Cancelled my surgery 24 hours before I went under the knife. All the cost of appts., prep, meds, tests, injections, etc. Why did they cancel? Because now they noticed I have a latex allergy. Unprofessional, incompetent, mean, yelled at me as well. Don't waste your time or money. Not worth risking your health. There is a reason you can get an appt. here so easily.

Unfortunately for me, I am a repeat customer. Lol. After an auto accident, I required a knee orthoscopic and a spinal procedure after exhaustion all other options. Dr Robin Madsen, You are the greatest! Without that intervention, I would still be limping and having other issues due to the serverity of my limp. I also had an extruded disc repaired by Dr. Pryor.
Both surgeries within a month of each other. A very delicate procedure. I am grateful it seems to have helped me. Thank you Doctor Pryor! My distinct impression is that if they think they can help you with a medical procedure, they will. And if they cannot, they won't. (First, do no harm, right?). They are all professionals in their field, so trust and follow their advice.
That's what we pay them for! If they tell you to exercise and loose weight to help yourself, don't get bent! Try! Every Lb. you lose is one less beating on your feet, knees and hips. If I need a hug, I will call my mom. LOL I cannot thank them, and their professional caring staff, enough for the care I received. Nobody wants to require their care, but I got exactly what I needed, and it's made A big difference in my quality of life.
If you need an orthopedic repair, I am truly sorry. But the professional caring staff at Everett Bone And Joint will do their best to get you as close to fixed as medically possible.

Probably, by FAR, the worst Ortho office I've ever been to. These people CONSTANTLY lie to the patients, saying they submitted requests for tests though they have not, and then, if you express any sort of frustrations with them, they actually get mad AT YOU and claim you're being rude to the staff. I'm now going on month number 3 waiting for an MRI on my ankle. Also, the doctors have NO CONCERNS whatsoever if you are in pain and will only give you something to alleviate the pain if you agree to let them cut on you and do surgery. I highly recommend finding another Ortho if you're in need of one.

I saw Dr. John Pryor for severe back pain. He did surgery on my lumbar and also fused two vertebrae. I could feel the relief almost as soon as I woke up! It has been 2.5 months and I am almost pain free! I am back to swimming, Yoga and short bike rides. I can't thank Dr. Pryor enough. I could hardly walk and so painful. It's like a miracle. Plus his sense of humor is great and a very nice man!

I had been having issues with my knee so I decided to go back to Everett Bone & Joint for a specialist consultation. I visited this clinic a couple years ago when I broke my ankle and Dr. Barker was great to work with. He went through my X-ray with me and explained my treatment options and his recommendations. I appreciated that he spoke to me so I understood without making me feel like he was talking to a child.
I was not disappointed this time either. Dr. Barker diagnosed the issue and gave me the appropriate information to consider. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my options and allowed me to ask questions while I considered them. I was treated well by the staff. From scheduling appointments, checking in, the eventual surgery, and follow ups I worked with several people who were all friendly and professional. I recommend the clinic and I have told people I know to go see Dr. Barker.
