My daughter had an eye exam there today (3/1/22) and the environment was so calm and peaceful. Everything ran so smoothly, Micheal the receptionist helped my daughter pick out glasses before the appointment and the appointment was very through. So nice when staff is friendly, and the appointment runs on time and nothing seems hectic. I highly recommend Eyerite in Dublin! It was a great experience.

I signed up as a New Patient and my approval was scheduled for today at 9:45 AM. I took time off work for the appointment and got there on time. The door was locked and nobody was in. I called the number on the door and a lady at the Galloway office picked up. She told me that the location was closed today. I asked if that was the case why did they set the appointment for me there.
She looked me up and said that my appointment was scheduled for 02/08/2022. I asked how did they set the appointment without even talking to me? She said there is nothing they can do. No apology, nothing! Said they had called me and informed me. that never happened! These are the same people that charge us $50.00 or $100.00 if we miss an appointment. Are they going to pay for my time?
Of course NOT. I was so angry. and made my displeasure known. I called back and asked if they would pay me for my time and the woman said that I have been dismissed from the practice. Unprofessional, rude, unapologetic. They needn't worry about dismissing me from their practice. I dismiss them. They don't deserve clients. Hope either they learn to treat people well and prosper or hope this business goes down in flames. 1 client at a time. Dismiss me- my asp. They can kiss my asp.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. I was greeted by Gina, the receptionist who had an attitude problem from the moment I walked into the building. I was refused my appointment because my appointment was miss scheduled in their system. I was also interrogated in a very rude manner about my insurance information as she told me she couldn't look it up.
I offered my insurance card but instead of trying to work me in, she refused to do my exam. This is not my first time here, but it will be my last. I will not return to a business that treats its customers so disrespectfully.

I had glasses made that never worked correctly and I paid over $600. I was told yes to keep wearing them and they would be fine and they never were. I thought they were going to try to make it right. The gal that talks to you when you come in the door was exceedingly kind and the woman that get us behind the desk with short brown hair was exceedingly cold and rude and uncaring of my situation. All they would've had to do was make one lens over again and things could've moved forward but that never will happen now.

I had a good experience here. I fit nicely in the chair when going through the exam. I like Dr. Maddson (I'm spelling this wrong, I just know it) and she was knowledgeable about my eye condition and the specialist that treats it! The only thing that gives this a 4 over a 5 is the price point for glasses. But that's why you get your prescription to go and buy online

The Eyesite of Dublin definitely has some work to do to get back up to the par of the way Dr. Havens ran things. The "personal touch" isn't there anymore. Organization is also lacking. It's took 3 weeks for my glasses to come in, which is really unacceptable. All other eyeglass companies have a turnaround of a week or less. Get organized, communicate better and I think that will be a good start to providing a better business practice.
