Trigger point therapy, often referred to as myofascial release or pressure point massage, involves the application of gentle yet firm pressure to specific areas along the body, known as pressure or trigger points. This pressure is provided by the hands of a skilled physical therapist trained in pressure point release.

Jeffery Cipriano is one of the best, if not the best, PT I've ever seen. My dad has problems with his knees and he has been coming here a while. One day I took him there and Jeffery took the time to explain to me my dad's condition which is by far the best explanation I've ever been given. He explained to me by going over the MRI and he did a better job than his primary care provider.
I can tell that he is not doing it for the money. Unfortunately, I've seen to many doctors who seem cold and not caring. They try to get people in-n-out fast but not Jeff. Keep up the good work!

Jeff is very compassionate, kind, professional and knowledgeable. This place is super clean and nicely equipped. I've been to both locations, one in San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita and the staff are all amazing! Before coming to Theracare my planter Fasciitis had gotten so bad I could barely walk for weeks and months the past year. Within a week of Jeff's strong magic hands my pain began to subside and now I'm walking again without so much struggle.
I've decreased the anti inflammatories and pain killers and the pain has almost stopped! And I'm back bike riding again! The progress has been remarkable since I came to Theracare and in the hands of Jeff and his assistant Joey, who is also very nice and personable. I never expected my feet to heal so quickly or that there were so many exercises and stretches for them, but he does them all and I couldn't be more grateful.
He stretches, exercises and massages the Achilles' tendons and all the connective tissues and uses red light therapy that's used for athletes. When it comes to Physical therapy, I would recommend Theracare to all my friends and family! :

I had gone to a larger physical therapy center in the past where there are many patients in the same large room and the therapists have to divide their time to all the patients. Theracare is different. Joey is going to give you one-on-one attention and really take care of you. I came of with a bad case of plantar fasciitis and Joey knew just how to handle it.
Warm wrap, massage gun, ultrasound, hand massage, stimulus electronics with a cold wrap and specific stretching exercises to target the trouble areas. Joey is going to take care of you. He took care of me for sure! Oh, did I mention the laser therapy too?

I have been to MANY therapy centers, unfortunately, because of my lower back problems. I know of good therapist, and bad ones. This office here, Jeff, Danny, Bobby, Ali, Carolina, Gigi, and everyone else are absolutely awesome. Super kind, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, all around friendly and ready to welcome you with a smile. They work on you, and help you with your workouts. They are absolutely fantastic. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I've been coming to Theracare for about 2 months due to an injured finger. The staff is very welcoming and friendly starting with Carolina at the front desk, I feel like you're in a little family and they're all well connected and know their job, and they keep it clean and safe for everyone. I'm seeing results thanks to Jeff my awesome therapist, even though it can be painful at times I'm on my way to healing this finger!and I look forward to getting better each time I come. I wish I knew everyone's names but both Jeff, Bobby and all of the rest deserve more than 10 stars. I recommend this therapy place with more than 5 stars.

Jeff and his crew at Theracare Physical Therapy are the best people within the best physical therapy office in town as well as all around different surrounding towns. Jeff's Great attitude transfers to everyone in his crew. They pay attention to the patients needs, not only the physical needs they are coming to get therapy for, they also cater to each and everyone of us because the adapt to our activities and in doing that, these people at Theracare Physical Therapy make sure to program our sessions according to our schedules and even them, they are willing to adapt to last minute changes as much as possible. Oh! Did I mention they have great background music and a big TV for those looking to watch for what's going on in the world. Thank you everyone at Theracare Physical Therapy. I highly recommend this place. They do take care of you (us).

I'm so glad that Theracare opened this branch in Santa Clarita. Joey is one of the physical therapists and he is so friendly and caring. I've been going there since September and my fasciitis has improved immensely. Their laser therapy really speeds up the healing. I highly recommend Theracare for all PT needs.

I had ruptured my left Achilles tendon and had it surgically repaired. What was supposed to be a normal operation turned out to become complicated, as the Vicryl sutures caused a reaction that forced the wound back open to become infected. Needless to say, I started physical therapy late at around 3 months after surgery, but Jeff, Fouad, Bobby, Jimmy, Nicole, Gigi, and other staff helped me get fully back on my feet (literally-speaking!) within 6 months post-op. I was even able to get back to basketball at around 5 months with their dedicated support! Thank you, Theracare Physical Therapy. you guys are honestly awesome!

It has been awesome working with Jeff for the past few months as he has helped me get over many hurdles in my recovery process. After a shark attack that called for 7 surgeries to my leg, I knew I had a long road to recovery ahead of me. Initially, Jeff would visit me at home but once I was able to move around enough to visit his facility, he progressively made each visit more and more challenging which seemed to be the key to my quick recovery.
He is very knowledgeable and hands on with his treatments. He taught me many things that I am now able to utilize on my own to continue improving my strength/balance/coordination.
