We have a parking lot in the rear of our building. Access to the front is via a sidewalk around to the side. It is ideally suited for patients who may have mobility issues as there are no steps to the front door. You may download an app and pay for (up to) 3 hour parking if you decide to park on the street.

I went to Dr. Christofides as a new patient for my hypothyroidism. In the office she was extremely condescending and would say no and interrupt me every time I was describing the symptoms Because they were apparently wrong. She proceeded to tell me that my results say I have hyperthyroidism and even told me I was wrong when I said I was always told I have hypo.
A few weeks later she starts me on a new medication for hypothyroidism and I was confused as she said before I was hyper. I wrote her an email nicely asking why I was taking medicine for people that were hypo when I was hyper. The first line in her email was "it seems the severity of your hypothyroidism has affected your comprehension" she basically called me slow and stupid.
Mind you I'm definitely not stupid and I understood what those terms meant as I'm studying medicine. she proceeded to tell me in a very harsh way that she never told me I had hyperthyroidism even though she did! I have never been treated like that before by anyone, let alone a medical doctor! Let alone I'm 20 years old and it's never ok to be like that to anyone, but I'm basically still a teenager.
She's supposed to provide care emotionally and physically not be horrible, harsh degrading and bully to her patients. That was the first and last visit with her, do not recommend.

Dr. Christofides has been my Endocrinologist for going on 20 years now. She is absolutely amazing. When I first went to her, after being treated for my type 2 diabetes by my family doctor for a few years, she took one look at my records and test results and told me that if I had continued seeing that doctor I would have been dead with in a year. She changed all my meds and my numbers fell right in line! She tells you in plain English what's going on and how to fix it. She also has an amazing bedside manner and an excellent staff!

Dr Christfides is one of the smartest Drs I have every met and I have seen a lot of them. I have several health issues and when I initially saw her I was very sick with no answers as to why. she was able to literally take my records and turn my plan of care around and literally saved my life. I trust her 100%. She is a straight shooter and tells you how it is but if rather have the truth than to have someone sugar coat things. If you can take the honesty she is a great Dr highly recommended!

As a trans patient, i started my hormone therapy with dr christofides, after informing her i was feeling quite depressed she switched my perscription, and told me that her staff will take care of it. i called the pharmacy three hours later and it wasnt called in.so i called back and asked if they sent it yet or if they put it under my new name which isnt my legal name, yet. i just wanted some clarification. the girl seemed nice and said she just got the email amd would get it done before three today. i then recieced an email from dr christofides her self, telling me not to harass her employees, saying im a jerk, and that my parents obviously didnt raise me right. saying im ginna have a hard eniugh life being trans and i dont need to make it harder by being a jerk.i printed off the email and am sending it to the ohio board of medicine. for your health and safety i recommend you look elsewhere for care.
