Ohio is one of the most amazing states in the United States of America. This is the place where the first ambulance service was established in America. In Cincinnati, the year 1865 marked the beginning of a new era. This is the year when the US first saw the establishment of an official ambulance service. Up to this day, the residents of this state still brag about this. Further, the state is also the place where the first traffic lights in the US were installed, in the year 1914. The hospitals in Ohio have taken the current medical equipment trends seriously and have adapted quite perfectly.

Keeping statistics is very important in all professional fields irrespective of how insignificant they may seem. It is very important to keep statistics in various professional fields including education, transport and agriculture. There are many reasons that can account for this. One of the major reasons that make the keeping of statistics important is the fact that important lessons can be drawn from statistics. For example, you can use statistics of the number of infants that had die due to a specific medical condition.

Went in with dizziness and chest pain. Was afraid they would consider me a hypochondriac because of past hospital visits. They treated me seriously and took me back within 10 minutes of my arrival. Found out in about 45 mins it was just dehydration and they gave me an IV and I was out of there in about 3 hours total. The staff was so so nice and very calming.
Anyone who had a bad experience here obviously had a totally different crew then I did. Thank you all for being so awesome. It feels nice to know if there is a medical emergency I will have a group of people who actually care there to help.

Nothing happens fast here. It's a ghost town on the weekend. Monday the parking lot is full, but still no help. We have seen a couple of nurses through the weekend. They are all from out of town; probably the only thing saving this place. He arrived on Thursday. We've been waiting since Saturday for a discharge, but no one knows anything here.

Went to the ER about 1:30 Monday morning because I couldn't breathe. Thought they were going to give me a breathing treatment and send me home. Didn't happen! Those people actually saved my life. Found out I had congestive heart failure. Wasn't fond of the ER doctor but the rest of the group was fantastic! Way to go Marion General

Eight years ago, when I had a heart attack, I'm glad I came to Marion General Hospital seeking help. It was in this hospital where I had an open heart surgery that saved my life. Not only then, but until this day, every time I need their services, I continue finding dedicated, hard-working professionals who give their best in serving our community in Marion, Ohio. Thank you very much for all that you do in our community!

Every time my family visit the hospital for any reason, we are made to do unnecessary tests that cost an arm and a leg. Spoiler alert: I will never pay. A family member had psychological issues and an EKG was performed even after blood work came back fine. My husband could of had an altrsound but the did another expensive test instead. Completely ridiculous.
This is why we need universal healthcare and not this money hungry for profit system. The staff is always kind and can't help that they work for a money hungry organization. People have to eat and support their families. The doctors are in on this fraud and only see dollar signs.

Recently had procedure and overnight hospitalization at Marion General. I can't speak highly enough on behalf of the surgery team, post op team, nurses, PAs, Physicians, PSAs and entire care team. Truly felt like I was "the only patient" on their assignment. Very safe, attentive, caring and I'm grateful we decided Marion General for SO many reasons.

The staff at the hospital is WONDERFUL. Great care and great attitude. I could not have asked for better. On the other hand, the rooms on 2 North are awful. Cramped, uncomfortable, tiny bathroom and a sink that one has to use right beside one's roommate's bed. There is no privacy at all. Visitors and the roommate hear all about one's health issues.
The OhioHealth hospital in Dublin has large private rooms and a great staff. The next time I have an emergency I hope to go to that facility. The Marion hospital is supposed to have private rooms (they advertise it) but good luck getting one no matter how good one's insurance is.
