I only have good things to say about this office. Scheduling is easy. Dr. Kirkham is the best. I always leave my 11 month old boy's appointments feeling relieved and happy. Highly recommend Dr. Kirkham and Northest Cincinnati Pediatrics.

We have been really pleased with the level of care of the staff and general professionalism and clear passion for pediatrics. We never feel rushed or dismissed with concerns and have been so impressed by a health issue with very subtle symptoms that the doctor caught that would have been easily missed. We later learned it often goes undiagnosed unless the doctor is very thorough and observant. But because it was caught early we were able to quickly take care of it before it progressed.

I have been going back and forth for two years with billing issues caused by this office, Anthem has been trying to work with them to re code and fix but they wont do it they just keep sending me a bill for visits that were covered by insurance. Furthermore the facility, staff, and overall care was subpar anyways. i would not recommend this provider seen there are plenty of other better options all over greater Cincy.

1st of all, it's hard to get a nice nurse in this place. When you're a new mom and never delt with a pediatric appointment (in your memory), it's not helpful for the nurse to give half the instructions, then get huffy when she has to give clearer instructions. 2nd, never come here for lactation! We were billed $820 for judgemental, mostly unhelpful advice and she didn't even spend the entire hour with us. She ran out of the room as soon as she could (yes, we were well groomed) we had to chase her down to ask a question. Horrible service! Very very rude.

Dr. Baldwin is an amazing woman and she is thoroughly educated in medicine or else she wouldn't even be a doctor! You anti-vaxxers need to be properly educated. I went to this pediatric office for 18 years until I switched to a family doctor and I have never had a bad experience here. I've met with many of the doctors here over the years and everyone is extremely kind and helpful.

We did not have pleasant experiences here. One of the first visits they prescribed my son an antibiotic he was allergic to. Then the second Rx they called in contained one of his food allergies. I felt like they never reviewed my sons charts (long history of severe allergies). Bedside manner was lacking extremely. When we had our appointment for flu vaccines this fall we kept waiting and waiting.

Someone had said they already gave it to him and had marked his chart accordingly. Another instance they would not listen when my son had a severe asthma attack and tried to say he had croup. He didn't have the slightest symptom of a sniffle, cold, fever- nothing else typically present with croup. He was in respiratory distress. THANKFULLY our asthma and allergy specialist was amazing (Ghory) and we went exclusively to them for any further on call treatment. They confirmed it was severe asthma and definitely NOT croup. The doctors we had seen at the Blue Ash location were very ill informed on allergies and asthma.

We showed up 10 minutes late to an appointment due to a traffic accident- I let them know we were running late- and Dr. Baldwin would not see my daughter, who we were quite sure had pneumonia again. How less caring can a provider who has taken the Hippocratic Oath be. Highly unethical. We had another issue where I was trying to get info and she would not come to the phone, agree to call me back, nor allow me to make an appointment to talk with her- mind blown, we fired her! I do not recommend Dr. Baldwin, and the practice itself is not great, coming from someone who has been in healthcare admin for 20 years,

My daughter and my son had their first appointment a few days ago here after switching from another practice and I really like the staff and Dr. Steinberg! My daughter screamed and threw a fit almost the entire time (great first impression) and no one seemed bothered by it. There was a nurse I walked passed who still thought she was cute. Made me feel very comfortable with being new patients there.

Love going here! I have been going here since my first son was born. Five years later, I am still confident taking my eldest as well as my two younger children here. They have all seen Dr. Manfroy since they were babies. We always get a reminder a few days before to confirm our appointments. Our youngest has had issues but I have had no issues getting last minute appointments with my preferred physician. Hope I have the pleasure of continuing to go here as long as possible.
