I've been going to Advanced Eyeccare of HIllsborough for over 20 years. The staff is always welcoming and I've been seen by all of the Drs and couldn't be happier with my level of service!

From the moment I walked Into the office everyone was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel very glad that I chose them for my new eye care home. Dr Moy seemed very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Thank you so much! I will be bringing my son here in the future.

Dr Moy and her staff are so caring and make you feel totally at ease. I am the biggest baby when it comes to eye exams and they understood and helped me get through it. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Everyone is wonderful, especially Dr. Moy. She is the most caring, compassionate, diligent and sweetest Optometrist that I have ever had. I am extremely confident in her ability to care for my eyes. She does not rush and takes time to explain. I am happy to have a doctor who possesses the bedside manner she has. You will not be disappointed with her care.

I referred her to a friend of mine and she feels the exact way my husband and I do about Dr. Moy. The staff is warm, thoughtful and extremely helpful. The overall experience from check-in to exam and the selection of glasses is seamless and pleasant. As an added plus, they've updated their glasses to include a more fashionable selection.

I love this group! The office is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Moy is fabulous. Exams are extremely thorough and everything is clearly explained. I never feel rushed, and my concerns are always completely and patiently addressed. They are respectful of your time, and excellent at adhering to scheduled appointments.

Doctor Kaur and staff are extremely generous with their time and support in their services. I grately appreciate their knowledge and expertise. I'm digging my new frames and lenses! Judy and the front desk are a wonderful representation as one walks into the office. Melanie is a great addition to the team as well. Looking forward to my future visits to such a professional staff.

Dr. Moy and her staff were extremely considerate, kind and helpful throughout my annual visit. The office is taking excellent COVID precautions and I had no trouble making an appointment. Dr. Moy was able to answer all of my questions and did not rush to finish the appointment. Thank you!

Least professional environment I have ever been to. And liars. They said photo imaging is mandatory because of no touch restrictions due to COVID which later turned out to be blatant lie just to charge for photo imaging which was not at all needed. Moreover Doctor almost forced to get my wife's glasses done in their facility itself, saying no to Costco or other options. They took her prescription and would not return it easily. Their payment system didn't work, receptionist was rude. Any other place would be better than this.

Brought the kids in for their annual exam. Love the personable, friendly staff! Thorough exam by techs and Dr. Moy. She discusses results and care not just for me to understand, but the kids too!

Dr. Moy was very thorough & took the time to walk me through each step of my exam, explaining the results in terms I could understand. The rest of the staff was friendly & helpful. They worked with me to order contact lenses, get fitted for new glasses, and even double-checked my insurance to make sure I was able to take full advantage of my benefits. It was easily the best eye doctor appointment I've had in my adult life. Many thanks!
