40 min wait to see doc, some people wear mask below nose. Many do not adhere to 6ft away seating. But besides that I love doctor Raja endocrinologist best in the area! And. I am very picky about who is my physician.

I was just kicked out of my doctors office by letter and the reason she gave was because I wouldn't listen and follow her directions to MY care! I actually did everything she asked of me with no questions, my concern is Kathleen garbooshian feeling like her opinion is higher than her patients! We don't need to do exactly as our doctors ask if we feel we could take a different route in our care!

So patients should comply to whatever a doctor says or we don't have a doctor? Is that even legal or fair? She then tells me I urgently need a new doctor because of my health condition yet you kicked me out without a care to my health because of what reason? You claim I wouldn't do what you asked me to do!? now the fact she can lie and throw people out and leave them in a bad state of health shows the type of provider she is! I recommend you stay out of this office and all departments and fair away from Garbooshian!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Dr. Patrick Burke. Supposedly a Neuologist was rude, unprofessional and late. My son had an unexplained seizure in October he had the first availability and this MD ordered a stat EEG and stat MRI well 2 plus months later still no results. No return calls and he has yet to read the reports that were done. Plus gave medicine with NO follow up. I would never, ever recommend him to anyone ever.

I'm not happy and is very sad that the staff in Dr. Syed M. Office always over book patients appointments and then you have to wait over an hour to be seen. Very poor service! But the Doctor is great!

Dr V and his staff at the urgent care were very rude to us today. I have never had a doctor talk down to us like this. Background my husband has copd and our doctor sent us here to get a neb treatment. We were take in quick but as soon as the nurse started asking questions the medical assistant came in yelling at her then we sat there for 45 minutes to have another nurse come in with the same medical assistant and they made comments about the other nurse not getting things done.

Another hour later the doctor came in being nasty. I'm an emt understanding that emergencies happen but to be rude the whole time and complain about other employees is wrong I've been in the medical field for 18 years and this bothered me

Not pleased. In order to get an appointment, ya have to make an appointment with your primary care provider(if ya have one). Or ya gotta see other doctors, who run various useless tests, before being referred to an actual cardiologist. What's the point? This is why medical costs are insanely high in America. It's all the referrals. A useless stress test, shows nothing.

And typically shows no evidence of heart damage. Yet, I've continued to have heart issues. Pathetic doctors say it's.heartburn, so they put me on medication to deal with heartburn. And I still have chest pressure and a pinching/numbness in the left arm. Gotta be heartburn? Frigid cold air is even worse, so now my heating bills are too costly to pay for medical bills. Thanks-a-lot medical staff. Physicians, give people the run-a-round if on welfare(state) insurance, and better treatment to those with private insurance.

Worst experience from so called medical professionals. I understand my son is 18 but he is still in high school and wanted me in the room. The nurse literally said patient only and shut the door in my face! Every person in this facility has been extremely rude. My entire family will no longer patronize this facility

Back in January I came into the urgent care on a Saturday evening, I passed out in the hallway due to being severely dehydrated and sick. Quickly a nurse (katlyn) came and helped me, the amount of compassion and sense of urgency she displayed was amazing. I don't remember much of that day but she and dr v we're simple wonderful. Without them I probably wouldn't be alive right now. Anytime I have to come to urgent care and I see her I thank her for saving my life. She is without a doubt a huge asset to this practice.

I'm an RN, BSN and am highly disappointed with the "care" (hint: I didn't receive any) at the urgent care here at Slocum Dickson. I was complaining of prolonged active bleeding, and when I was called into the back room after describing my concerns the LPN stated "I don't know, you'll have to call your primary and have them take care of it" which I find ridiculous.

They did not ask how much bleeding was occurring (I could have been hemorrhaging for all they knew) how long it's been occurring for, or what the bleeding may have been caused by. I was in the back room for less than 2 minutes and dismissed. Bleeding can be a serious medical emergency, and I was left with no help or recommendation other than to let my primary deal with it, who is 2 hours away.

I was not recommended to go to the emergency room either, though they are trying to claim I was told so. Absolutely shameful. I would be disgusted and embarrassed if I ever treated any of my patients like this. Slocum Dickson, as a member of the Utica medical community, do better. Luckily it was me, otherwise you could have turned away a patient with no medical background who was in a serious medical state and wouldn't know what to do next. This is embarrassing and outright unacceptable.

I called about my kids being seen as I grew up going to Slocum but now live in a different place. I wanted to get my kids checked out at urgent care but they told me no since they are two weeks away from being 2 and they don't see under two, which is says on the website so that is fine! But the receptionist spoke to me in a rude manner, as if I was annoying and then hung up without saying goodbye or anything. I understand they are under two but I trusted the hospital since I went there as a kid and wanted to try as they are almost two. Very sad about the experience!
