The front end staff was ridiculously rude. And unfortunately since those are the first faces you see it really sets the tone for your appointment. I was referred here by my regular eye physician for an emergency issue, I was provided a date and time by my eye doctor, I showed up before the time I was given, walked in at 105pm for a 115pm appointment, one front end associate was on the phone saying" she's not even here and I don't know why we are even seeing her" while the other loudly yelled "she just walked in" to which the one on the phone then hung up.

I verified that my appointment was at 115 and she rudely said no, you should have been here at 1. Being a medical professional myself I would NEVER speak to a patient that way, if they were given wrong information I would apologize, specially since I had the appt card with the time from my doctor, for the misunderstanding and POLITELY hand over paperwork.

She said was so insanely rude. There is no reason to be snarky. If you are having a bad day you leave that outside. It does not get taken out on the patient. Very, very disappointed

I had my cataracts removed in two separate surgeries. The whole team working for Costello Eye Physicians we're both efficient and professional. Dr. Patrick Costello explained the procedure and how the surgery would go. Everything went well and I now can see 20 20 out of both eyes. Very happy!

I had the best care ever.in the office.at the surgery center. Dr. Patrick is thorough, attentive, professional and he "listens". His staff from the front door to surgery are the best. I would not consider going anywhere else!

Dr. Colino has treated me and members of my family for over 45 years. His knowledge and thoroughness of his examinations is extraordinary. Carol and the entire staff make the visits like you are family. Utilize his knowledge before he decides to retire, if he ever does.

I would follow Dr. Daniel Colino any where it's hard to find good doctors you trust. He's the best.
