Everyone there is warm and welcoming. Carracino is wonderful and takes the time to listen to you and your needs. I don't have one even slightly negative thing to say. They go out of there way to make you comfy. I will recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking for a new Gyn!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I experienced nothing but compassion and empathy during my first visit which was for a loss i was experiencing and was thoroughly educated on everything I went in for. I feel like if you're pregnant and you haven't found your place yet, definitely consider this place.

The administration of this place is terrible. They took about two weeks to send my medical records to my new OBGYN. After insisting for about two weeks, the Champlain representative told me that I needed to sign a document to release my records, which could have been requested from the beginning. I understand that there is a pandemic happening that can cause a delay of 3 -5 days, but the delay of 15 days to be able to transfer a simple document is unacceptable (especially considering that I only had two appointments in this establishment). Due to this delay, I could not make an appointment with my new OBGYN and I could not know the status of my baby. I leave this OBGYN extremely disappointed.

Thanks for absolutely nothing. I scheduled an appointment as soon as they opened to have my birth control removed. I called and let them know I'd be 5ish or so minutes late, 10 to be exact and the women on the phone told me it would be fine. I get there and instantly the receptionist was standoffish. She asks me to do a urine sample and then for my insurance card. Came out of the bathroom & this other women proceeds to tell me that because I'm more than 15 minutes late they can't see me and it's their policy.

I told her I was only 10 minutes late and I even called ahead to let them know of the situation. Why would their receptionist even tell me it's okay and to still come in? I don't understand that. Instead, They offered me a different time at 2:30 in the afternoon, meanwhile it's only 8:30. I live an hour away and don't have other transportation. Even after explaining it they refused to see me, and instead gave me advice to use extra protection lol.

I've been going to this place since I was 17 and never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. I trusted this place and now I don't feel comfortable enough to be treated here. Needless to say, new Obgyn.

Obgyn was unprofessional and approached me about billing for previously missed appointments while I was in a compromised position on the exam table. Edit: I believe this particular Obgyn has since left the practice.

I have been coming here for about five years now and have met almost all of the OBGYN's and midwives. They are all very knowledgeable and I have been nothing but impressed with them ever since I switched. After being with them for the birth of my first child I fully trust them with the birth of my second. The other associates are always very professional and pleasant to deal with as well. Highly recommend!

Upon first entering the Champlain OB/GYN clinic, I was not impressed. I found the office space to be old and outdated. The front desk area looked cluttered and the office staff seemed disheveled. My initial impression of Champlain Obstetrics and Gynecology was not good. However, upon meeting Dr. Carracino, my initial judgments were swept away. I found Maria to be one of the most knowledgeable OBGYNs I have ever met! Dr Carracino is professional.

She listens and pairs competency with amazing bedside manner. Her ability to comprehensively analyze my needs was beyond impressive. As an MD, I would recommend Dr. Carracino to any of my family and friends! The clinic needs a makeover, but Dr. Carracino is fabulous! Five stars for her!

Dr Gallagher and his staff are great. He takes time with his patients and really listens making it easy to discuss even the most private issues. Particularly helpful in managing symptoms of menopause.

I have never been to another doctor's office that is as kind and helpful as this office. I see Dr. Carracino but everyone in the office is very pleasant and goes out of their way to insure that the patient is comfortable. I highly recommend them and have referred several friends there that have also had great experiences.
