Could not be more pleased with every staff member I encountered this evening! The registrar Mary was so polite & friendly. Our nurse & doctor were not only friendly, they actually listened to what I was saying. Treated myself & my daughter with nothing less then courtesy & kindness. I had taken my daughter to urgent care yesterday where after 3 hours was told her symptoms were viral & we had to let it run its course.

Within the first 2 minutes of the doctor here looking at her he could tell it was more serious then that & treated the problem! My daughter is a very anxious girl & she was the most relaxed I had ever seen her! If I could give these 3 peeps 10 stars I would!

Our Dad recently has gone to the Emergency Room, then been admitted, twice in recent weeks. The care and professionalism have been outstanding! Dr. Billadeau and the entire 2nd floor staff treated him with the utmost respect, while being very thorough in their care for him. Our family is very grateful for all the staff in the Emergency Room who attended to him as well as to the 2nd floor medical team for treating him. You all truly deserve 10 stars! You are appreciated more than you know.

Monadnock Family Care is so unprofessional. The doctor is late every single visit. You can hear the employees talking about your medical problems with other staff in the hall. The front desk girl seems to be on a power trip with how she is running the front. Every time I go in for an appointment it reminds me to switch doctors offices. I had an appointment last week and Cindy the medical assistant was aggressive and rude the entire visit and the older women at the front was giving me attitude the whole time I checked in and out from my appointment. I would recommend using google rather than go to that office. This office does not know how to keep it professional.

It's easy to forget how lucky we are to have Monadnock Community Hospital here in Peterborough. Around the country local hospitals are closing and people are left traveling long distances for routine and emergency care. I recently had surgery at MCH and can't stop raving about the amazing care I received. From the pre-surgery appointments and tests, to the surgery to the 2 days in-patient recovering I was treated with kindness and professionalism every step of the way.

During the highest point of the Covid surge, I felt like their only patient. I wish I knew the name of everyone who cared for me, I would like to thank each and every one of them. There are many I never met, working behind the scenes or during my surgery. The ones I did meet offered help, provided clear instructions and obviously cared deeply for their patients.

In addition to the wonderful MCH team were soldiers from the NH National Guard delivering meals! These unexpected workers brightened my day each time they came in the room in their military uniforms. Please join me in showing your appreciation for the MCH and their team by putting a positive review on Google. Use their services whenever you can and thank their workers when you see them. Our local hospital and its workers are a vital community resource and what would we do without them?

The most inadequate, Unhelpful and patronizing hospital that I have ever encountered. Tried to do the right thing and get a rapid test, as I was feeling pretty sick. I have all three vaccines, so wasn't concerd for my self but didn't want to pass anything to others. I was denied the test, and told its only for "those being admitted". How do you know who's being admitted until you are seen?

I suffer from asthma wich is a preexisting condition, especially when dealing with a respiratory virus. It's better to drive to keene or even to the moon to get service DONT come here if you want help.

I went to their hospital and was not happy with services. Still, I pay my bills. After making arrangements, I do not like it when hospitals then continue to harass me, calling during the days when I work nights - even after I had all details set to be done with them and I spoke to supervisors to stop this practice. Even after I paid off their bills last week, they 'found' additional charges that they then also put through my account without permission; last I knew, that was still theft. Better to die with a plague then to visit this disreputable institution.

This hospital is doing a disservice to the region. If you need medical attention, go else where. I broke 4 vertebrae and the doctor at the ER insisted my leg was broken. He overlooked huge lesions on my back and told me to go home and tough it out. The next day I went to concord hospital where they immediately put me in their trauma ward and performed surgery. The staff at concord hospital were in disbelief when I told them that I had been had gone to monadnock right after the accident. This is inexcusable.

My mother was recently hospitalized at MCC with covid for eleven days. She received excellent care and daily told me how wonderful the nurses and doctors were that cared for her. They were attentive not only her physical needs but took the time to encourage her and show compassion during a very scary time. Because of the pandemic visitors are not allowed.

I talked to the nurses several times daily for updates. Yes, there were times I had to wait for a callback but that is understandable. They are often short staffed and the patient care comes first! Thankfully! Sometimes they would call back an hour or two after their shift was over-because they were still working and hadn't had a spare moment-but every one was always cheerful even after a long shift. Nurses don't just leave when their shift is over.

They stay as long as needed. Thank you, MCC Med Surge! Our family is grateful to each of you! You are a blessing! An extra shout out to nurses MaryBeth and Benjamin! Also Laura Gingras-you went above and beyond with your kindness and dedication! Thank you!

If you have children under the age of 3 who need to go to the ER-avoid this hospital at all costs. We were pushed around, ignored, talked down to, and above all.waited an ungodly amount of time for them to print paperwork to discharge us. Zero empathy for new parents with a young baby so please beware and go somewhere else with your little one.

My wife and I had our first child here unfortunately. My wife has high blood pressure and kidney problems but instead of a C section, they decided to risk her and the babies health and tried inducing her multiple times with no effect over a period of 3 days. They FINALLY agreed to a C section after the babies heart rate started dropping during mild contractions.

After the baby was born he almost starved to death because the nurses insisted on breastfeeding. As first time parents with no family support because of covid we had to rely on the nurses and they said he was feeding fine. Turns out my wife wasnt producing milk the whole time. Thank god our pediatrician weighed him soon after we left the hospital and we realized what was happening. Horrible place, dont care about patients at all or are just incompetent. Having our second child and will stay far away from this place. Nurses also give their opinion too much here. Nurses are not doctors, they don't have the education and should keep their homespun quackery to themselves.
