Horrible staff. My friends infant was in the hospital in an emergency situation and they would not allow me to go back with her as support. Instead she had to be alone with miserable rude staff. I was told I could not wait in the waiting room and when I said "so I have to go sit in my car?" They said well you don't have to sit out there you can just leave.
Just shocking! They could not even give her a reason as to why I was not aloud in. Because they do not actually have one. We're almost 3 years out of the covid plandemic and hospitals are still getting away with protocols that negatively affect patients physically and mentally. Sickening. Do better

My daughter just brought my 2 year old granddaughter for bloodwork and xrays per orders from Waterville Pediactrics. My granddaughter tested positive for covid several days ago. She has had a cough and low grade fever and the last few days her cough has gotten worse. She has a double ear infection and the Dr wants the xrays and bloodwork to check for Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome.
Once the receptionist at Inland realized My granddaughter had tested positive for covid shecwas extremely rude to my daughter and made her leave the building with my sick grandchild. This is unacceptable! She is well past the 5 day mark and even if she wasn't.hospitals are supposed to be for treating the sick. especially a sick child. My daughter is upset enough about her child being sick and then to get treated like this in a health care facility.shame on all of you! This will not be the last you hear from this!

My girlfriend was forced to wait outside the door in the cold like a dog instead of in the waiting room with everyone else because she's unvaccinated. Despite wearing her mask, displaying a normal temp and having zero exposure to anyone with covid-19. She was utterly humiliated by the staff in front of an entire waiting room full of people and couldn't help but start crying.
When the nurses took notice, one of them got up said to her through the crack in the door "it's not that serious sweetie" and went back to her seat. You people should be ashamed of yourselves to conduct your business in this way.

First, I want to say overall the birthing unit is wonderful. However I did feel sometimes like I was being smothered, this wasn't my first child and I knew what I was doing. I made a point of politely saying so but I don't feel like I was being heard. Fast forward to my 6 week post check up, the doctor was more concerned with talking to me about my vaccine status than what I was there for.
I had some concerns about how I was feeling and he dismissed them. I had previously made it clear about my vaccine status and that I did not want to discuss it again, I even watched a medical assistant write it in my chart at an appointment. I know the doctor knew how I felt about it and he still chose to harass me about it. I was polite about it at first but he didn't back off until I started to get angry about it. If I ever need future OB care I will never return to that hospital and I will never recommend it.

Brought my wife to be seen because she was covid positive and the staff will not get her anything to drink when they started an IV they didn't give her fluids they just let the IV sit in the arm. Spoke to charge nurse Over the phone and very passive aggressive. I explained that she was very thirsty and She tells me that the doctors gonna make a decision. A decision to keep up with fluids? Not not impressed.

Quick evaluation, quick release, huge bill. Terrible treatment, Terrible care does not coincide with the hefty bill. Never again. Not sure what's worse; Inland or Thayer? Honestly.thats pretty sad. I'd rather die at home alone than ever take that chance again. I had a friend visiting from out of town, she was struggling with chest pains, ems was here, she frantically asked me what hospital to have them take her too?!. I reluctantly said neither

Unbelievable. Every time I call lately, I'm on hold at least 30 mins and once it begins ringing, like a receptionist is answering, it goes to dead silence and then my call ends. They are very unprofessional and rude when I have gotten through to them. Almost like I'm trying to inconvenience them by trying to make an appointment, or treating me like a hypochondriac, even though I rarely make appointments.
Being a receptionist isn't the worst job out there, and it should be noted, working in customer service, usually means you should be trained and have a professional, friendly demeanor. You are "serving" the customer/patient. My schedule is crazy and I can't always do callbacks. I call when I have time. It would be cool to see this resolved. The calls should be recorded for quality assurance.

My granddaughter was taken by ambulance last night and was put in the waiting room.she has had migraines since she was two years old. Last night was the worst so far. In my opinion you dropped the ball. It's not the first time I have had a bad experience with your hospital. Years ago I took my old man in with signs of a stroke and we were left in the waiting room for four and a half hours before seeing a doctor. The doctor did some tests and said he saw evidence of nine TIA's. The quality of care has gotten worse. I have no confidence in your hospital anymore.

Went in because I have covid. I also have copd and an auto immune disorder. Having hard time breathing, called my dr and she told me to go to the er which I did. upon going in the nurse asked why I was in there and I began, repeat, began to tell her and all she could say was this is typical covid stuff. For one she doesn't let me tell her about my copd or anything else.
She was more inclined to find out my vaccine status. When I told her I wasn't her whole tone changed like I was the bad guy. Kieep ur politics to yourself and listen to the patients for once

I've been paying for 3 visits for years. My initial payments were 450 dollars which I paid twice. I also made a payment of 500 plus Dollars. They take my money but never seem to update what I owe. Add the original bills should never have owed more than 1.5k. Ive easily paid way over and yet somehow still owe 650. Anytime I call im met with apologies and confusion like no one knows whats going on. Nurses are great.
