Do not go here. Extremely long wait times. Had a simple drug screen and was the only patient in the building, waited over an hour before I had to absolutely use the restroom, had to leave early for class and was called "suspicious" by a nurse. I'm not even sure why this is considered a healthcare facility. Poor excuse for a walk in clinic. Do better. 0/5 stars but that's not an option.

I needed a COVID-19 test after two of my coworkers became ill from the virus and had tested positive. I scheduled a virtual visit, and it was straightforward. When the time came for my in-person nasal swab, it was done at the drive-through behind the building by someone in appropriate PPE. It didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it might; it was just a little uncomfortable. I had my results within an hour and, thankfully, they were negative.

I tried to call ahead to see if I had to do something special because of Covid and it's recording says that they are taking walk-ins. So I went to the clinic big sign on the door says they are taking walk-ins but the doors locked. When I called they said that it was intentional in a snide way. And when they asked what I wanted to be seen for and I said because my ear was bothering me they said that they would have to have me use an app and then go to another clinic.
The receptionist who answered the phone was actually quite rude and I don't see the point of saying that you're going to take walk-ins if you can't even treat people. Total waste of time and treated rudely.

More like Doctor's Never. we waited over 2 hours when there were only 4 patients. The care was below average and it was poorly organized. One doctor, one nurse and one receptionist on a weekend afternoon. If yoyr are coming here for a work drug test or Covid test, it's not bad. Anything else is not worth the wait. UnityPoint is just down the road, I would go there instead.

I arrived at 1pm for a DOT exam had to wait for person at front desk to get done with a personal phone call to get checked in. Then waited 30 minutes to start the process. The staff was very rude and could care less about the job. After 90 minutes I paid a $215 bill. Now I get a $10 bill in the mail that has no explanation for what customer service does not answer or call me back. I would like to give a 0 star rating

I have used doctors now in Altoona for the last 3 years. Whenever I go in the patient access receptionist and the doctors always listen to what you have to say no matter what your illness may be. They are very curtiest and office is always clean. I prefer going to doctors now then any other urgent care. I usually get to see a doctor in a timely fashion, of course there are those exception, when they are very very busy still beats waiting 2 to 4 hours in another urgent care. The longest I've spent in the waiting room and to see a doctor is no more than 30 minutes. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I'll give them 10 thumbs up

Worse place ever! Had to go and do a UA for a new job. Waited for a half hour having to go to the bathroom. Once I talk them into letting me go it was almost a hour. Then they told me that I could have a up to a 5 hour wait if I went and could only have 5 cups of water. A guy walked in with his finger hanging off. They took a kid back with a cold and made him wait.

The receptionist was nice although asking you to describe why you need to be seen, as well as your cell and address in front of a line fill of people seems to be anti patient privacy. The nurse was terrible. She just asks your height and wait, is fairly rude and frankly doesn't understand English well. The PA (you don't see a doctor) was rude and abrupt, was not interested in asking any questions or learning what was wrong, told me maybe I should try another urgent care clinic and said that she didn't really know how to order the blood work up that I feel like I may need.

Extremely long wait times. Had a drug screening and was told to come with a "full bladder." Was forced to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes while other patients were seen much quicker. I'm sure a drug screening isn't the highest of priority, but let's have a little humanity left in us for the people that just have to pee.

Woman on the phone was horribly uninformed, and didn't want to take the time to answer my questions. I wanted to know if they could perform an IV for my roommate who is suffering from food poisoning, and how much that would cost. She told me they don't do IVs but we can pay for the doctors visit to be seen. I asked if there was a point to paying for that.
Can the doctor prescribe something that we can't get over the counter? She said she can't give "sensitive medical information" like that over the phone because it defeats the purpose of paying for the doctors visit. Get out of here. I just wanted to know what I would be paying for. Why would we pay $100+ just to be told "sorry, we need to refer you to the ER." We just wanted to know we wouldn't be wasting money. Had never been to a place like this, and just wanted some reassurance. Thanks a lot, lady. -_-

The lady at the front desk was super nice even with dealing with some guy who had way unnecessary attitude towards her. But the guy who did my test was horrible. One of the rudest people I've met in such a field of work. I was fighting tears explaining to the woman at the desk while trying to get my ID back. I guess it's not "normal" to wear nothing but your bra under a sweatshirt.
Then wants to tell me I didn't give enough of a sample so I just wait or he will say I'm refusing to take the test. Treating me like I'm some piece of trash or something. I had to work and I'm sorry I didn't realize it was this much of a process to pee in a cup. I can't believe this man has a job and I ran a successful business myself. This just leave me speechless. Don't support this business.

Took an hour over an hour to see the doctor with only two people in front of me in order of arrival. They couldn't precribe me anything because the doctor said it was viral but said if I didn't feel better in 3 days to call her or come back in. Of course I still felt miserable 3 days later so I called them and didn't get any response back. Now I get to spend another 20 dollars to be seen at a different walk-in and I've been miserable the 3-4 days. I will definitely think twice before I go back there again.

I had to visit this clinic for new employment drug test. After waiting for about 20 minutes I had to make a call so I went outside, the front desk staff got really upset telling me that I can not leave the place because someone outside can give sample and I was breaking a procedure that they have. It would be much easier to tell me about the procedure at the beginning of the visit.
The other problem was an empty soap container in the bathroom making it impossible to wash hands. The person assisting me did not seem to have a problem with it. Great "medical facility" without soap.

I stopped at DoctorsNow after work at about 5 p.m. I was able to get in quickly, and I found the doctor/PA (not sure, she didn't introduce herself) to be really friendly and competent. I think when you're really sick and also really busy, this is a good place to get quick assistance. I think they may need to work on their admin a little bit.
My birth date was put incorrectly in the system even after I asked about it (I was told they use a different format for dates; then I went to the pharmacy and it was wrong) and my vitals were written down incorrectly (I watched while they were taken and then my notes said different numbers).
