I have been very happy with my visits so far. Finally found someone who will listen and does what they need to to help me feel better. I have dealt with one NP at another facility that never took the time to listen or look into my issues. Caitlyn has been a breathe of fresh air and has really made me feel better about my decision and helping me figure out my issues. I highly recommend this place!

I went in today for my 16 weeks appt. I am four months pregnant. I was told on the phone by the billing manager that they would work with me AFTER birth for payments, that I planned on paying. I didn't have a full payment today, so they turned me down, at 16 weeks pregnant. I stated multiple times that I could make payments, but it couldn't be $464 every single time I came into the office for my prenatal appts. They wanted a full payment of $2,650 by 34 weeks. This is a DOCTORS OFFICE that is suppose to help patients. What a poor excuse of an establishment.

The front office staff is great. They are efficient & kind. The wait times are long so expect to wait 1-2 hours. But most OBGYN offices are the same. I've only met with the Nurse Practioner each time I go so I can only speak of my experience w/her. She has a good bed side manner. However, when asked if I was vaccinated for covid vaccine and I say yes, she took it upon herself to remove my mask from my face and say; " You don't need that we are both vaccinated." I prefer to have the choice of wearing my mask or not. I hope the office staff reads this and explains to her it is inappropriate for her to remove someone mask.

Pros: this doctor's office was able to get me in quicker than any other medical office in the area; the medical staff from nurse to doctor had excellent bed side manner; they gave samples & tried to keep the cost low & necessary; they always answer their phones & were polite; nicely decorated waiting area Cons: there was confusion with billing: I paid for the doctor's visit, the medication, & the labs-thought at least some of this was included in the drs fee ($300 cost total); last name was spelled wrong at the actual drs visit & now when I get the bill my first name was spelled wrong; though doable, I did not care particularly for the office window staff-kind of a nice nasty/hurry up & get you out of their hair/I'm just here collecting a check/doing just enough to get by/not very informative/what do you want me to do about it-attitude; though I had an appointment it was an hour to two hours before I was seen; I finally had to get up & ask a time estimation of how much longer it would be; social distancing was a challenge as the place became packed & I didn't see sanitation of the waiting area as patients cycled in & out & there were patients not wearing their masks in the waiting area

Such a wonderful office to take care of any of your OB/GYN needs. From the front desk to the clinical staff, this office is top notch. Caitlin Edgmon, CRNP took time to speak with me about all my concerns. I never once felt rushed and felt valued as a patient. I felt completely comfortable discussing my health with her and her staff. She is bright, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend her and their entire office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Aguayo for years. I think she and her staff are wonderful. I feel confident about labor and delivery, and I really am not bothered by the new "no doula" policy. To each their own, I guess. This place works great for me and I'm happy to put my trust in them. There are tons of other options for those that don't feel this way!

Dr. Aguayo delivered my firstborn son in March of this year. She was wonderful throughout my whole pregnancy and delivery. Very knowledgeable and doesn't play around. She takes her job very seriously, gets it done, and doesn't budge on her expectations for the delivery nurses. I have a lot of respect for her. We even moved an hour and a half away six months into my pregnancy and still decided to drive to Huntsville to continue seeing Dr. Aguayo. Staff was also very helpful during my pregnancy. They went above and beyond to help with some billing issues because I had an insurance change halfway through.

This office has filled with fabulous people! Dr. Aguayo is very friendly and takes time to listen and address her patients concerns. Her NP Teubert is my favorite! Although Dr. Aguayo was not able to deliver our baby, I felt well cared for during my pregnancy and well thought of during my postpartum phase!

Dr. Aguayo was exceedingly accommodating to my husband and I during the birth of our youngest child, two years ago. I'm pretty bossy when I'm laboring, and she respected my wishes as long as they were reasonable. I'm grateful to her for being patient with me, and for allowing me to have a natural birth with no pressure to speed things up. During prenatal care, I saw her about 50% of the visits, and another staff member the other times (that's typical for the medical model). The wait times were not long. She is a fantastic doctor.

Dr. A has been my doctor for years now. I love Meaghan and Beth, her NP's. SOMETIMES the wait can be a little long, but understand that Dr. A is the best at what she does and is next door at Crestwood often for emergencies. She is also on their board and has credentials out the ying yang! Her bedside is wonderful and I never feel rushed, pressured, or judged.

Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate. Have helped me through some tough times, and celebrated with me during happy times. I love that they can work me in for "emergencies" when needed, even same day when they're swamped. However, be prepared to wait. For me, the wait is worth it to see someone I like and trust. But make sure you allow for that in your schedule, and bring a book or something.

I have been going to All Women's for more than 7 years now. As the other raters said, it sometimes can take a while to be seen by one of the Doctors or Nurse Practitioners. But the quality of care that I have received has been worth it enough that it no longer bothers me. Dr. Aguayo has delivered all three of my children and I couldn't imagine ever having another doctor.
She always took the time to listen to my concerns, laugh with me, cry with me, and was there when there were complications in my pregnancies. I highly recommend Dr. Aguayo to any woman and several of my friends already go to her.

First, if your time is important to you, don't schedule an appointment here. I waited over an hour to see Dr. Petersen. Once I made it past the waiting room, I found the nurse to be friendly, but extremely busy. Being a new patient I expected a few minutes to be spent doing an intake interview. I wanted to discuss my condition, symptoms and the treatments available.
I came prepared to do just that, but it seemed they were only interested in getting a smear. It was clear from the time Dr. Petersen entered the room that she was in a hurry and had no intention of taking the time to listening to my concerns. Dr. Petersen stood fidgeting as I tried to explain my situation. She repeatedly interrupted me to say that the symptoms were typical of a 40yr old woman.
The over all feeling is that all women over 40 are tried, emotional, fat, and suffer with hot flashes, so I should just get used to it! This may be the case, but I am an individual and wanted to discuss options for easing my discomfort. She immediately jumped to anti-depressants as the solution to my problems. When I suggested that I was not looking for a pharmaceutical solution to my problem, she said I should try the drugs it just might change my life.
By this time she was standing with her hand on the door knob, clearly wanted to leave the room. Not once did she sit down and listen to my concerns or to the fact that I didn't want to try anti-depressants. She acted like I was holding her up from doing her job and on the way out the door I heard her tell the nurse to make sure I got 2 weeks of samples and a follow-up appointment.
My experience at All women's OBGYN was less than stellar. I really thought that choosing a female Gyno would insure that I got the personal treatment each of us deserves when visiting a specialist. I don't know the last time some on made me fell less important.

All Women's is the perfect place for women who may be self conscious about men working in an Obgyn field. There are absolutely no men working here and the chances of you seeing a man while you're there is pretty rare (there may be the occasional drug rep or delivery man but that's it). They try their best to stay on schedule but sometimes they get behind, just know that this is a very popular place and therefore they can sometimes get overbooked. Dr. Peterson is hilarious.
If you're fine with someone cracking jokes to make light of things then she's your gal. I prefer her laid back attitude and she's always really fast once you see her.
