Dr. Stephen J. Merfeld has proudly served the families of northeastern Wisconsin for nearly the past 30 years. As a 1986 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Medicine, Dr. Merfeld completed a residency in ophthalmology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI in 1990 during which he served as Chief Resident of the department.
Dr. Eric M Larson, M.D. is a cornea specialist with training at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Bascom Palmer has been consistently ranked as the best residency program in the country and Dr. Larson has taken his residency and fellowship training from there to bring the most up-do-date and excellent eyecare to northeast Wisconsin.
Dr. Paul H. Payant graduated from the Michigan College of Optometry in 2016 in Big Rapids, Michigan. As part of his optometric education, Dr. Payant trained at the Ralph Johnson V.A. Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina as well as the Heart of the City Health Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dr. Payant is a primary care optometrist with an interest in specialty contact lenses and medical optometry.
