This clinic has the worst back office support. I would not wish my worst enemy to go to this clinic. I truly hope the office management views this feedback and fixes their processes/procedures. There is absolutely no reason that a cancellation of surgery to occur less than 2 hours before the procedure. To top this off, there is zero reason to not communicate as soon as they find out that the surgery has been cancelled and FAIL to communicate to their patient.

I had my lippies done with Angela. This was my 2nd time ever getting lip filler (1st time with Angela) and hands down this was the better experience. Angela and I had a very thorough consultation about what I was looking for and what we would be able to accomplish and what we would be working towards moving forwards. Angela was able to give me a dental block which I HIGHLY recommend!

Us girls can pretty much handle any pain that comes our way, but why have a painful experience when you have a specialist who can make things super comfortable? So happy, I'm coming back in a month for some botox!

The team recently opened a newly built office in Eagan and it's absolutely beautiful. In addition, this team always has your best interests at heart. They will inquire about your knowledge on the latest promotions, opportunities, and programs. Furthermore, the team hosts regular beauty engagements at the office with wonderful promotional opportunities and keeps the RSVP attendance rates small for an intimate and hands on experience. Scheduling is easy with a quick call and availability at both locations with evening hours that go well into the evening to accommodate professional work schedules. I have been going to Midwest for many years and am very pleased with the results. I usually see Dr. Tolan for injections and Amie for facials. They are professional with great results and are also very personable. Dr. Tolan tries very hard to make you as comfortable as possible during his treatments. I really like how they provide guidance to help you look your best.

The staff is professional and personable. I have seen Dr. Tolan for several years and have been extremely satisfied with the results of treatments. Fabulous place to go for all your skin care needs. I researched skin care facilities when I first moved to MN. I was looking for a facility that had a dermatologist or plastics doctor on site and could take care of my needs for many years. Midwest Facial had all of what I was looking for! I have been here now for close to 6 years and love it. The doctors are super and very helpful and so are the aestheticians! The support staff are very helpful as well. Love this place and would recommend it to everyone!
