Staying connected is important for your health and telehealth appointments are one more way to do that. We've partnered with Epic MyChart to create MyNeuroscience Group, our new telehealth platform. It offers you the very best option for safe and convenient care. Our providers can diagnose, treat, educate, and prescribe via telehealth appointments.
Your insurance company views a telehealth appointment (video + audio) the same as an in-person office visit. A telehealth appointment (video + audio) is billed the same as an in-person visit and counts toward meeting your deductible. Some insurance companies require a copay for telehealth appointments (video + audio) and some do not.

Doug and the whole crew with him listen well and are very caring especially in the MRI room. They have helped my pain management in the past and hope for this same outcome for my present treatment. Spine and back pain issues can vary greatly from patient to patient. I have appreciated the help I have been given even though I know I will continue to have some pain as I continue to age.

I have had a positive experience with Dr. Koffie and the Neuroscience Group since I was first referred near the end of February. After dealing with a pain in my neck and shoulders for 6 months and with no success with non-surgical interventions, my PCP referred me to the Neuroscience Group. I was able to schedule a consultation quickly and met Dr. Koffie. Dr. Koffie clearly explained my diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
His team was able to get my schedule scheduled quickly. Throughout the entire process I have felt heard and cared for by Dr. Koffie and his team, as well as the support staff at the Neuroscience Group.

The greeters up at the front are great at greeting and helping with my issues! But scheduling a appointment few months ahead and when I have a revolving shift work like I do 21 days straight then 7 off and trying to figure what shift I'm working and what time I'm available I hear a sigh and get snooty remarks! And also would like to get a little more compassion from my Neurologist too! Not too impressed with this place really at all!

I had spinal stenosis and felt I would be in a wheel chair in a short period of time from leg pain and weakness. I visited Dr Yazbak and his nurse and scheduled surgery at there recommendation. It took a while do to a surgery lock down from Covid. Once they had a schedule they took care of all details with my local doctor 300 miles away for physical, after surgery physical therapy. l am 84 years old and had 6 screws & 2 steel rods put in my lumbar area of my back. I highly recommend this group. First class people. Less then 3 weeks & walking without help or walker
