I ordered a lift chair. Called twice before someone actually called me back. Once there, staff was friendly/knowledgeable but their "huge " showroom is tiny. My chair had to be ordered, expected delivery came and passed and when I called I was told another 4 weeks because fabric color was not in stock. Had someone called to inform me of that I would've changed colors, but no one bothered to tell me. Delivery/set up guys very prompt and nice.
It's now 2.5 months later and the chair is crooked. Called again and got voice mail. That was yesterday am, it's now the late pm of the next day. I will call again. Will update with results. It shouldn't be this hard. Their phone etiquette needs work. Right now, I do NOT recommend them. 12/9/19 I wasn't notified chair would late until 3 days before it was due to arrive and then it was because I called: I heard nothing from your office. Regarding upcoming appointment $84 service calls are a bit ridiculous! I'd never buy from you again.
