My husband has been in this hospital for 13 days, i go see him after work, some nights its 7pm before i get to go, i went in Tuesday night 01/11/2022 at 730, the folks in front of me was in the er to get covid test, they had symptoms, i should NOT have to enter a door with sick people and be in the same area as them if im not sick and just trying to get upstairs, if u can have someone on payroll that drives around and acts like the cigarette police, then u should have someone at the front entrance at all times to keep from having none sick people put at higher risk of catching something.
And also, u need to go over the privacy policy with your employees again, and make sure they are keeping peoples personal health information to their self! Some changes really need to be made and if the ones in the offices cant do that then find people who will, who actually care about the health of people!

My daughter and I have symptoms of allergies. No fever, body aches, or anything else that would suggest covid but Christina Wills made us both get tested for covid and flu. This is unnecessary testing just so they can charge our insurance more and get paid for pushing the covid agenda. I had a sinus infection last year, came here and was never made to get covid tested.
Now they have been bought out by Owensboro Health and I'll try everything over the counter possible before coming back if their "policy" is to force tests on people who don't even show symptoms.

I love this hospital! There are bad apples everywhere and I'm sure this hospital has some but anytime I have ever been here they have gave me the best of care! The nurses in the labor ward made me feel comfortable and like family. I don't think I could've gotten through it without them. My nurses coached me and talked me through everything. They were very nurturing to me in my time of need!

My father is 86 year old, tested positive for covid when I brought him here after the fast pace clinic told me too for an infusion I did. After we came in I was not told anything about what was going on. At dismissal they handed me his dismissal papers but no explanation about what he had done, as far as I knew they may have played cards with him.
I wouldn't recommend this hospital ER to anyone, only come here because my dad lives down here and he thinks it is a great hospital. I am from Louisville and they would show more concern to the family of an 86 year old. Also would want my input as to his everyday progress.
