They are very friendly and courteous. They make sure your comfortable and see if you need anything. Dr. Richardson make sure to look over you skin throughly for skin cancers. I would be sure to give them a 10+ out of a 10. Thank you and GOD BLESS you.

Everyone in the office was very professional, however, I feel like I was rushed from the provider that examined me. I believe I was the first patient of the day, as my appointment was at 7:30am. And I had a few questions. She looked at my back, arms and face. She found a couple spots and those were taken care of promptly. But afterwards, she said what seemed like something versed - that she tells everybody - and quickly opened the door to leave.

I had to interrupt her to tell her I had a few questions. The fact was that she didn't ask me if I had any questions, and she only asked me a couple questions early in the exam. She didn't seem to have any patience. She really seemed rushed. Before the provider came in to examine me, I told the nurse that I needed to have a couple skin tags looked at and possibly removed, amongst other issues- but the nurse didn't convey anything I said to the PA who examined me. Honestly it was so rushed, I didn't remember or think about the skin tags until the afternoon, and they were never addressed.

I left without having a couple of my questions answered because it was so rushed. I'm sure the PA is intelligent and knowledgeable and is great at what she does, but she just needs to slow down and be patient, ask questions, ask her patient if they have questions and to show that she really cares.

From start to finish the staff treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. The professionalism displayed throughout my visit was very much appreciated. I was very happy with the service provided. I highly recommend Dermspecialists to anybody seeking dermatology care.

The staff was great. Dr. Richardson was awesome! I was so worried about my skin condition and he is so knowledgeable and kind and understanding. His assistant was also wonderful. I was embarrassed, put she put me at ease. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Chad Brown is awesome! He's thorough, kind, and apparently very good at what he's doing. The staff is always courteous and on point with schedules and with what steps to take next. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

DermSpecialists were able to get my son in quickly. Dr. Brown was was very knowledgeable and able to explain to us what was going on. I appreciate his thoroughness and medical opinion. The staff were all super friendly as well. Check in was quick and easy.

The clerks at the the front desk were friendly and personable. Dr. Richardson was professional and brought confidence. His assistant was very capable and very sweet. They explained the procedure and after care well. Bandages are still on from my mole removal yesterday, but I imagine with the care that I was given, I will be very pleased with the results.

Dr. Brown and his surgical staff are very friendly and competent. Had a procedure done this week, there was no wait, he played my favorite music to relax me and I was in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend him and his staff to my friends and family!

Staff is very curtious. Wait time is minimal. Heather Janes is the BEST! She is very kind, caring, thorough and explains procedures and instructions clearly. I trust her with all my dermatology needs.

From the beginning to the completion of my visit everything was perfect. The technician that checked me in was very friendly and made sure my supplemental insurance covered my surgery. My Surgeon, Dr O'Bryan MD performed my surgery and Ms Kelly assisted him. They did an outstanding job. This is the second time Dr O'Bryan has performed surgery on me. On a scale of 1 to 5 I give them a 25! They have great personalities and make you feel at home!

Very helpful, informative, and kind. Quick and timely but never feel rushed. All my questions were answered thoroughly and Dr. Brown was excellent with his care and treatment!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They called me back within 10 minutes. I saw Dr. Brown. Both he and the lady taking my information was great.

Tehmina Haider is very nice and her assistant is sweet as well. Every visit they make you feel welcome and heard. I have yet to have a negative experience. They are very quick too. You don't have to expect to be there for a long time. They get you in and out in a timely manner.

Office staff was polite, professional and helpful. Dr. Richardson was very thorough. He explained what he was doing and why. He has a wonderful bedside manner.
