Missed my appt due to family issues and I called to reschedule and lady was VERY rude. asking a ton of questions on why I missed my appt and saying the doctor wouldn't be happy with me. If I would've known they would be so rude and pushy I would've never switched from west tn obgyn. stuff happens especially when you have other kids already.

The customer service here is awful, I never leave reviews but I'm so extremely disappointed in the phone mannerisms and face to face customer service. The lady Lisa is so dry and nasty and it's everytime I interact with her on the phone. The doctor always seems to overworked & drained I wish I had more time to do better research on this place I would of picked a different facility. When you're pregnant you want to go to a place that's upbeat, ready and willing to assist you. Not dried up rude customers service.

I am having an issue and ask to see my doctor. She can't get me in until next year so I agree to see the nurse practitioner. So I didn't have my insurance card and was at the office trying to get the information. I went in to tell the receptionist that I have the group number but I'm waiting on the member id #, she tells me well it's been 17 minutes and we have a 15 minute window so you'll have to reschedule.
Its unfortunate but I agree then she tells me the soonest they can get me in will be September. It's not a routine visit. There is an issue! No thanks. I'll find another doctor that cares for their patients not just the money.

This place has terrible customer service. The doctors and many of the staff were rude and pushy and not updated at all on current research. The rooms were dirty. My husband even witnessed them touching all over a device without washing their hands, before using it and was so discussed he said we would not be gong back. They also reuse equipment without washing it.
They wanted me to use nasty dirty bands that had been all over someone else's bare skin, not washed (I asked) to monitor the baby. I asked them if I could buy clean straps, and they looked at me like I was crazy but told me I could for 8.00. Their rooms are also filthy. Super unprofessional and hygienic. They are unwilling to make any special accommodations or go out of their way for anything. They will not allow you to swap doctors if yours is not a good fit. There are so many other options in town. Please do your research!

While I agree that their receptionists might need to work on their customer service skills to some extent Dr. Williams and his nurse Kendra are fantastic. Dr. Williams ensured that I got all the care I needed during my high risk pregnancy and did a great job with my repeat C-section. Dr. Williams has a great bed side manner and is a great listener.
My only complaint is that he wouldn't recognize me or remember my information if it wasn't for his tablet. I don't hold this against him as this office is constantly busy. I have no idea how many patients he sees in a day, but I assume it is a high number. It did not effect the care I recieved, only that I had to remind him of some finer details of what I wanted.
Most of the time I only waited 15-30 for my appointment or NST. There was one occasion when my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to Dr. Williams having to deliver another patient, buy also part of his job and I don't hold that against him.

I'm a current patient and have been to this doctor before and I love my Doc. But I was just turned away today because of my secondary insurance when I wasn't turned away before. I didn't understand when they saw me the last time they only used my primary insurance and now that I have an emergency they basically kicked me out the door and pushed someone else in an earlier spot after I already had to wait 3 days to get in. They just seemed very cold and uncaring. God bless
