Womens Healthcare Of New Milford

When we moved to Connecticut, I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find adequate GYN care. It's hard to find providers who are knowledgeable about and/or specialize in treating vulvodynia. It's also hard to find OB/GYNs who are as knowledgable about/care as much about the "GYN" part as the "OB" part. Megan K. Monteiro (BSN, MSN, WHNP) has been absolutely stellar.

They are responsive and attentive to my needs and concerns, and I am quickly able to make appointments when needed for issues that arise. I would absolutely recommend this office and location to any woman seeking superb GYN care.

Great atmosphere outside next to a stream! Christie was great as our waitress. We had the nachos and mussels as starters then the blazing bacon onion burger and prime rib very well made along with our cocktails. Kudos for this place. Will be returning!

All the physicians are kind and you feel like they care about you and your health.

I liked Megan when I saw her, she is really friendly and professional and tries her best to make you feel comfortable! However, I am not impressed with one of the receptionists. She made me feel SO awkward and embarrassed about scheduling a problem visit and acted like I was doctor shopping and told me it was inappropriate. As if I'm not already stressed. Like I said, I really liked Megan but I won't be returning to this office again. I'm way too uncomfortable to step foot in again.

Find another Dr's office. Takes months and I mean half a year! to get an appt. I was 9 minutes late due to work and they would not keep my appt. I don't know how many times I'm waiting 15 minutes or more for them to see me. I re-worked my schedule to be there and they really don't care.

I've had a wonderful experience throughout and after my pregnancy here. The doctors and staff are all kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I mostly saw Dr Papov throughout my pregnancy and she delivered my baby. She really helped me through some difficult times and I always felt confident and reassured by her. I am extremely thankful that I found this practice and will be forever grateful for all these wonderful women who have been there to help me through some very difficult times.

Dr. Baxter is extremely knowledgeable and personable. For once I don't feel like a number. I actually feel like she is listening to me and I feel encouraged to ask questions about my health.

They have been wonderful to me throughout the years. Caring and thoughtful drs and staff who care about their patients. They coordinated with my neurologist throughout my pregnancies.
