They don't reply to messages via their portal, they don't answer the phone. 20 minutes on hold? Do they not care?

I started seeing Dr. Park in 2012 and was treated with injections and pain meds and physical therapy I was able to stop all treatment on my own January 1 of 2018 because of the care that I received at this facility and Dr. Park I will recommend them to anyone, it is a busy place but they do hear you I have to return to them for follow-up care for my lower back which has flared up again with Severe pain in the lower back hip and leg

I generally get good care here and I am grateful. A few years ago I had a doctor who had no heart. He's still there but now I have Dr. Davidson who is competent and compassionate!

They don't care about people they are all about making more and more appointments for no reason to get all the money they can from you. Dr. Sandra even asked me religious questions to see if I was a believer or not. The worst service ever. All they do is waste your time and don't bother getting to cause of any issue. They deserve to get sued and taken out of business.

For 5 months ive been under their care. They are there to collect a check. They need to reread their oath. They will do no harm.

Receptionists there are terrible. I was waiting and an older man came in confused, he thought there was an eye doctor in the building. He went to the receptionists for help and all they did was give him attitude stating that "there has never been an eye doctor here, this is a SPINE specialists". All I did was take the name of the doctor he was mentioning and went to google to find out the doctor he was looking was was just up the street.

I took less than a minute of my time to help him find the right place. She could have done that but only gave the confused, flustered man attitude. These same receptionists felt the need to braid hair on each others hair another time I went in while sitting at their work stations.

Awful. The notes they gave for my referral were so inaccurate to what I said. Almost complete opposite. They made a referral to one doctor who called them and canceled my appointment because they didn't specialize in what I needed. Pioneer spine and sport never told me that they canceled, almost went to the appointment until I called and found out they were suppose to inform me of my cancellation and set me up for an orthopedic not a neurologist.

It took them 4 weeks to send one fax to the orthopedic, meanwhile I passed out at work and suffered threw my symptoms. They're is not urgency or care here. If you have anything severe do not go here, it's just a job for everyone from the doctor to the receptionist. Do yourself a favor and go to another office for anything severe. I'd give them 0 stars if google allowed it.

I just finished 2 months of PT and it was a great experience. i was evaluated by Christina and i think she did a really good job! super thorough and smart - was as excited as i was at my progress Lynette did most of the hands on and explained the exercises. i couldn't have asked for a better caregiver! thank you so much Lynette, for everything

If you're in pain go somewhere else! If you are looking to pad a lawsuit this might be the place for you. Every person that I encountered in this place was unfriendly and It seemed to me that by being a patient I was somehow the enemy. I was asked multiple times if my injury was from work or an accident and I got the impression that since it wasn't either then they didn't really care to deal with me.

When I saw the p.a. she was dismissive and curt and rushed me out of the office with no explanations or recommendations except "you can go to physical therapy if you want". Go to a chiropractor, get a massage, see a different dr. But don't go here!

Have had frequent dealing with PSSP recently. Busy place but everyone was helpful. and caring. They sought answers to all my questions and concerns and highly recommend. Very grateful for the work they do.
