I have had very positive experiences at this office for many years. Dr. Miner is thorough and compassionate and I value his expertise. Kelly at the connected Whisper Hearing Center has also taken generous time explaining test results and advising on my hearing aids. I hope you can encourage the receptionist to speak louder, but she is very efficient.

AWFUL! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! Had an appt. at this location and waited an hour to even be seen. No one notified me in the waiting room that they were running behind and no apology from the doctor or anyone that I had to wait so long. Also was told I would be called the next day for my CT Scan appt. - no one called until 2 days later.
Office staff, including office manager, extremely incompetent and do not care! VERY poor customer service! You're just another number and another $ sign added to their pockets at this place!
