Everyone at the office was very friendly and efficient! I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room before I was taken back and had minimal wait for Dr. Shafer as well. There were lots of frames to choose from and I was sent home with samples of contacts and solutions for my chronic dry eye. Nothing but good things to say about my experience!
