If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had surgery with Dr. Jensen 3 days ago and was told to call and schedule my next appointment. I've been in excruciating pain and have been vomiting. No one at this office answers their phone. I have no idea if this is normal. Dr.jenson talked to me for 1 minute after my surgery to tell me I was discharged and that was it. I understand doctors being busy but when I call an office I expect a receptionist to answer. Back to the ER I go to hopefully get some answers.

Don't make the mistake of thinking all the reviews are just crabby people unhappy and exaggerating. My husband had a vasectomy scheduled for 910am. When he checked in, the lady said the doctor would be an hour late. Alright, thanks for telling us. He then sat in the waiting room for an hour, was taken to his exam room where he sat for 80 more minutes with no bottoms on.

Not a single person came in to update us on the wait time, he was just left in the room. Dr. Jensen FINALLY came into the room and started with the procedure while barely muttering an apology, was not *at all* gentle, and then left through the door while my husband was still exposed on the table. It's INSANE that this was his experience. Absolutely ridiculous.

Did have to wait, but what Dr. doesn't anymore. Staff friendly and examination rooms were good. My only issue. saw absolutely no hand sanitizer in either offices, waiting room or examination rooms. Everyone was wearing masks, but during this covid crisis, think they would be a little bit more aware. If nothing else, At least they should have sanituzer at the exit door

(TRI CITY UROLOGY OF SAGINAW) Not a good experience at all! Very unprofessional. First experience was receiving a cancer diagnosis over the volunteer's desk phone in hospital waiting room because Dr. Jensen "never" comes out to talk to families. Second was a violation of privacy when biopsy results were revealed to us before my dad, the patient. The final straw was when he called the nursing staff in a certain unit of at covenant dip$#1*s because they had trouble getting a foley in. (Turns out it was cancer causing a restriction) Couldn't believe it!

The most arrogant person I have ever come across. Ask any staff at hospital and they will tell you they do not like him. Aside of all of this is the waiting time in office, which wouldn't bother me if the care was excellent. My advice. RUN to another provider-you deserve better! Especially when you are dealing with illness, this is not a stress you need to add.

Expect to be sitting in the waiting room at the very least two hours after your scheduled appointment. When speaking to the doctor in the room about how long the wait was he explained to me that he is the best there is and he is worth the wait. Then he went on to explain how he has his staff schedule his appointments specifically to have this long of a wait so he can see more people in a day!

This doctor not only uses vulgar language to you in the room but will speak to you very loudly outside of the room about your visit in front of many ears! Dr. Jensen is one of the most arrogant and vulgar doctors I've ever met in my life!

This is a wonderful office. Great staff. And excellent doctors. These doctors are compassionate with each and every patient they see. They answer each question you have even if it's in the middle of the night. I personally had an experience where my boyfriend was extremely sick and if it wasn't for a doctor at this office I may have lost him. As scary as it was every question was answered and his talent as a surgeon saved my boyfriends life.

These Doctors are definitely worth every second of your wait time. Because don't you want the best of the best taking care of you? Thank you Tri City Urology for being such an amazing place to visit.

I have been a patient for quite awhile and Dr Jensen is my doctor and is a very amazing doctor he tells it like it is which is what I want to hear most don't like that so they call him out on that I hear quite a bit in the lobby as I'm waiting an hour or 2 for him and he is definitely worth waiting for I hear a lot of complaints about the wait time, the dbl booking, etc. but they always have a choice to leave but choose not to if he is so bad then why wait to see him?

So all this negativity and complaints about this office just disgusts me to think that these hard working physicians working long hours to care for us and our families and we don't appreciate it I love Dr Jensen and will always be his patient.

The wait was horrible, around 2-3hrs for a 5 minute appt. 2 times. Dr. Jensen was rude and dismissive of my questions. Left in the middle of my appt to talk on the phone then rushed me out after I waited 2-3 hrs to be seen. The procedure seemed rushed, after waiting hours in the waiting room it felt like he started the procedure before the pain meds kicked in. The 1st half was very painful, second half pain meds starting working and it was ok. I will never be back.

Worst experience I have ever had at any medical building! Patients regularly wait for 2 hours or more past scheduled appointment! The receptionist was the most rude and unprofessional woman I have ever met! I was snapped at and talked down to when I inquired about expected wait times! I left office 3 hours past scheduled appointment. Find another doctor you won't be sorry! I will not be going back.

I am taking my elderly father for treatment here, otherwise I would never again set foot in the place. Dr. Bulusu himself is nice, and the nurse/aides have also been pleasant. HOWEVER. We have been subjected to wait times that vary from 40 minutes to an hour and a half. This combined with the "PAY up front" practice is unconscionable. I don't know who is in charge of scheduling but this office has a definite problem. The last time we were there, after waiting an hour and half, my father's treatment was unable to be administered. Of course, he had already paid for it.
