Cousineau Chiropractic Life Center was established in 1975 to deliver quality chiropractic care to the Downriver community and beyond. Cousineau Chiropractic Life Center has been a family practice and a permanent fixture in the Downriver area for over 45 years. The practice was founded in 1975 by Dr. Henry Cousineau. Dr. Cousineau served the Downriver community providing quality chiropractic care from 1975-2014. As a proud former Marine, the practice has always proudly flown one of the largest American flags in the city of Riverview.
At Cousineau Chiropractic, our chiropractors use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Clinical Biomechanics of Posture is focused on producing improved posture, balance, spinal alignment and restoration of essential spinal curves. After identifying which vertebrae have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is applied to free up "stuck" spinal joints.
The DRX9000 provides a program of treatments, approved by the FDA, for relief from pain for those patients suffering with low back pain and neck pain without the pain, recovery time, or cost of surgical intervention. Physician directed care consists of a prescribed treatment period that provides intermittent cycling distraction forces to relieve pressures on structures that may be causing low back and cervical/neck pain. Pain associated with herniated discs, protruding discs, degenerative disc disease, posterior facet syndrome and sciatica will respond.

Kristin and Nicole both came in and helped me and Mike to feel better. They were very inquisitive regarding our health related issues and adapted their responses accordingly. I was given assistance with a skeletal issue I've been having issues with and I feel they went above and beyond in the care and time they provided. It was worth the wait, and Brooks is adorable. A great family atmosphere, Gail is incredibly helpful at the door as well.

Horrible place Never go there, they will charge you a hidden fee of $100 the first time you set a foot in that place. When I received the bill for $100 I told them my visits are covered through my insurance so why am I billed $100 besides my $30 copay per visit, they said this is a first time visit fee and its not covered on the insurance (RED FLAG) I was never told about that when I called them to book my 1st appointment.
They will not let you know about this hidden fee upfront, watch out this place is a rip off, the doctor only saw me for 3-5mins both times I went there they barely do anything they just want your money.

Dr's know what they are doing Very well educated Took care of my scitutca issues along with neck and hip out. of alignment issues I could barely walk and in tremendous pain when I stated seeing them They are a god send to me my wife and sister who's are also patients I recommend them to all family and friends

My first experience with a chiropractor was with Dr Nicole and it was amazing! I just searched for a place with good reviews and they deserve every single one. I have been going since last summer and have now seen Dr Nicole and Dr Kristen and they are both so nice and you can tell they care about your well-being. I wish all doctors were like them! I have felt so much better after going to see them and will continue to do so!

I have been suffering for almost two months with sciatica pain on mr right side with radiating pain! Dr. Nicole Cousineau did x-rays then went to work on me! When I got off her table, that constant pain I was experiencing was 65% better! I will go back to see her today and I feel confident I will feel even better! From the doctors to the staff they are so professional and welcoming, I would highly suggest Cousineau Chiropractic to anyone! Amazing group of people! As you see I can't say enough good about them!

My experience was very good. I haven't been there in several months. I checked in and there were a number of other patients in the waiting room. To my surprise, I was taken to a treatment room right away and the Dr. came in shortly there after, gave me an adjustment and I was gone in probably 1/2 hour total and feeling better.
