I've been a patient for years. The staff are great with us, including our son. Saturday hours are by appointment only. There doesn't seem to be a way to suggest this as an edit to Google.

My insurance required me to find a new eye doctor. I loved the last one and was sad to find someone new. Miller was close, had good reviews and takes my insurance so I gave it a try. Can you believe my luck that the first place I tried is fantastic?! Dr. Cheung is knowledgeable, a great communicator, and takes the time to chat and get to know his patients. The rest of the staff is equally fantastic. I've had 2 annual exams now and am happy to have found my new eye doctor. I highly recommend this office!

A nice and clean optical place, it provides the retinal imaging without extra cost. This is very good. Dr. Matthew Chueng is knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

Dr. Cheung is truly amazing! I've had severe anxiety surrounding eye doctors and his friendly and patient demeanor has made the visits enjoyable. The care is above and beyond what's expected which is why I still continue going there even though I live significantly further away.

I went in last week, the receptionist lady was very helpful. I waited only for a couple of minutes and went into the exam room. The doctor was very nice person and gave me good advice. I'm glad that I found this place :-

Dr. Miller is awesome but so is anyone you would be lucky enough to be seen by! The staff is great and helpful! And usually Dr. Miller will have a fur baby there for you to pet while you wait to be seen. They are doing all the things needs to keep you and your family safe during Covid 19 so bring a mask and wash your hands! Oh they also have a great selection of glasses to choose from and if they don't have what your looking for they will direct you to another company that they think will help;

My son just visited this clinic. They offered a great service exceeding our expectations. Hoping everyone who provides any kind of service would have same attitude and approach as all Miller Eye Care staff. Congratulations to all!

After my company moved us from VSP to Davis Vision I had a lot of trouble trying to find a new Eye Dr. I was referred to Dr. Miller by one of my coworkers and I was so happy I decided to check the office out. They are small clean office, but SUPER friendly staff. Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable, friendly and always makes time for his patients. I never feel rushed during my visit, we always have a nice chat to make sure everything is okay with my eyes during my yearly exam.

The office has a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. I have slight astigmatism, so I can't speak to their contact selection, but I'm sure its legit. They also run truck show specials with Calvin Klein & other brands. A few years back they had a drawing for a free Nespresso Machine and other cool prizes and I actually won the Nespresso Machine!

I NEVER win things, I was super excited and we use this machine everyday. Now I got cute & functional eyeglasses ALONG with my morning coffee and I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU MILLER EYE CARE! Forgot to mention sometimes Dr. Miller brings in his service doggos and they like to chill and lay around the office. They are super cute, but remember - they are on the job so make sure you ask before you pet. John & Becky are the two furry "Part time office greeters" and they are adorable!

Haven't interacted with Dr. Miller, but Dr. Cheung is extremely good. Super knowledgeable, listens extremely intently to any complaint or foible you may have noticed, very professional, just great.

This office wasted weeks of my time and hundreds of dollars ensuring me that my contacts would be here for my wedding day. After seeing the banner on their website completely by chance that said they would be making new appointments I called the office immediately. (The week before they sent an email to patients letting them know there would be no appointments available.) I let them know I needed to have my contact lenses by July 8th.

They overly assured me there would be no issues with delivery and made my appointment time about a month out. When my contacts were not delivered in time for my departure they said, "Just nothing that could be done. And that I could call around to other offices to see if the had the prescription or were able to give me trials." How about not lulling people into a false sense of security?

I asked numerous times and expressed concern with regards to on time delivery and feel I was lied to when I was assured on time deliver and that there was a trial pair available for back up. Spoiler Alert: They didn't have a trial pair. I'm beyond disappointed and will not step foot in this office again. I will also actively tell everyone I know to not go here.

Best doctors office in the Seattle area, great doctor, great staff, great service. I seldom recommend a doctors office- my experience in general with doctors has not been positive, Dr Millers office is a game changer!

My family has been with Miller Eye Care since we moved to the area 4 years ago. We always feel heard and also feel we can make the best decision regarding our care after our visits with Dr. Miller. Also just need to say how amazing it is that Dr. Miller trains seeing guide dogs; I just want to say thank you for being such a giving person as well as a wonderful Doctor.

Really easy to book an appointment, extremely friendly staff, they took a lot of care with me, but also did it efficiently. The doctor, probably my favoriate part! He was very knowledgeable, took time to explain what he recommended, and really went above and beyond to ensure I had all information possible to make decisions about my eye health.

I liked the doctor. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend him. Also the staff was very courteous. However I don't recommend buying frame from here just bcz it's in network because same frame I cud get for 78$ outside for which they charged me $10 copay and 200$ to my insurance.

Very impressed. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional from the front desk to the tech to the Dr. Also, Very thorough and high tech!

I have been so happy with them for more than two years now. This is the only pair of glasses that my husband will leave on his face. The fit and vision is so good that he forgets they are on his face. I have sent many friends there and they all are so happy. Jill really knows how to find the best frame for your face and fit the progressive lens perfectly.

I got a new pair today after 40 yrs of wearing contacts and I Love them, such clear vision. I have even gotten my friend to drive all the way down from Lynnwood, and he is so happy.

Dr. Miller is the best, my whole family has been seeing him for over two decades! He's very thorough and knows exactly what is going on with our eyes. He gets prescriptions 100% right on, we've never had headaches or dizziness from glasses or contacts he has prescribed. Office responds promptly to requests and I've never had a problem with billing. We always have a great experience and care with Dr. Miller and his office!

What everyone says. The whole team is a pleasure to deal with. Personal attention, not rushed, respectful, friendly, helpful. Some unique frames to choose from.

Visited this office multiple times in the last two months. I need annual exam, new glasses, and to deal with dry eye syndrome. I like that these guys have a modern communication system with emails and text messages. I do not always think of all questions i want to ask a doctor during the visit, so it was very convenient to email the office with follow on questions and get prompt response, by email and by a call back from optical technician.

All doctors need to adopt this model of patient communication. Staff is very nice. Dr. Blunden is very cool. I especially like, Jill - Optician/Frame Stylist : These folks are down-to-earth, friendly, good neighbors like folks.

We went there last year to get my husband some new glasses, and they did a fine job. Polite and helpful, and efficient. They had a very nice selection of frames, and had his glasses made exactly right, and ready right when they said they'd be. We're going back this year, because they did such a great job!

My boyfriend has been going to Dr. Miller for over 10 years and recommend that I should visit him and I did. The results were great, everyone here are ALWAYS so friendly. I am very happy with my service here with Dr. Miller and all the staff. I drive from Edmonds here for my routine visit and everyone always remember my name. Dr. Miller introduced me to some really awesome lens called CRT, and I haven't worn glasses or contacts during the day for years now, very cool stuff : you sould check him out.

I have been a patient of Dr Miller for over 20 years. I have always found him to be patient, good natured and very competant. He offers convenient hours even though I work alot of hours. I find the atmosphere to be relaxing and professional. I have not always had complete success with the wearability of my glasses but they have been very good about extending my warranty. Dr miller 's service and patient care is depending on how much money he gets.

I have great eyes but I was referred her by someone with terrible eyes. Dr. Miller was good- your somewhat sterotypical older male eye dr. the front desk lady seemed like she was having a rough day but was nice to me- some days, eh. the nurse or helper lady was also super nice and helpful. i'll be back in a few years when i need another eye exam.
