Check in is crowded, not private. Kept me waiting over 30 mins for my appointment never telling me they were 45 mins behind. Too many imaging centers around to waste your day here.

I had to get chest x-rays for pre admission testing for an upcoming surgery. I'm not sure why other people had horrible review of this establishment as my experience was quite the opposite. The staff at the front desk were kind, courteous and attentive. My radiologist was also super sweet, quick and patient (I had a tough time standing still due to hip pain).

She didn't mind one bit! I was literally in and out in 15 minutes but they left a lasting impression on me for sure. Everyone in the facility smiled and acknowledged me and the x-ray was quick and painless! I'd give them 10 stars if I could to make up for some of the not so great reviews. Good job and thanks again for your kindness!

Avoid at all costs. The customer service skills from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors is clearly lacking. You guys are in the people business - start acting like it. If you can't, hire some people with empathy.

Very disappointed with this location. My appointment was on Jan 6th 2016. I've been going to this company for many years. But on this day my visit left me feeling concerned and upset. The ultrasound Tech was annoyed with me because she had to listen to me explain that I had pain and and felt a lump in addition to my existing problem. She did my screening very quickly without empathy and with visible disgust.

I was on time for my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound appointment. Waited 3.5 hours for my testing to be completed. But was treated as if I was a burden to the ultrasound tech. Wow, I'm now going for a second opinion. Left that place with doubts.

I went to this location because I needed a test done ASAP and the Edison location didn't have any openings. I would have no problem coming back here again. I was taken quickly and Ann was very friendly and professional. She made me feel at ease and whenever I had a question about my procedure she took the time to fully answer it. She is an asset to Associated Radiologists =

I combed the internet for reviews on radiology/imaging centers near Warren NJ and had no leads. I was extremely frustrated. As someone who is considered a "hard stick" - thin or hard to see veins, aka a nightmare case when I need to have blood drawn or an IV put in - I was extremely nervous about getting an MRI with contrast done. I had recently had blood work done, 2 weeks prior, in which the phlebotomist at Labcorp in Bernardsville butchered both my arms, leaving my extremely bruised and with no viable injection sites on either of my arms.

I had to call Associated Radiologists and reschedule my appointment and they were accommodating. I spoke with Joanne on the phone, and told her that I was a hard stick and about my my arms being bruised. She was attentive and compassionate to my situation. She placed me on hold for a brief moment to speak with someone on staff regarding how I would receive the contrast if my arms were bruised up; she assured me it wouldn't be a problem and they would inject the contrast where I felt most comfortable.

Up until this point, I had been a nervous wreck. She put me at ease. The appointment was prompt, and the technician that did my MRI imaging greeted me with a reassuring smile and a firm hand shake. He explained what was going to happen, asked me some questions, positioned me in the machine and was extremely courteous, professional, efficient and compassionate.

The machine itself was tight, I would not recommend this type of closed MRI for someone who has claustrophobia. I had considered an OPEN MRI, but the Dr. urged me to go to a closed MRI center because I would have cleared results. Even though I was tense during the scans, the technician would occasionally reassure me telling me I was doing great. Before each scan he would inform me of its duration.

They were able to my vein in ONE SHOT, on my hand with a butterfly needle. I was in shock. Minimal pain, followed by a slight tingling sensation and that was it. Back into the machine, a couple scans later and I was out the door. Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend Associated Radiologists in Warren, NJ. I was so relieved and satisfied with their services that I felt it imperative to write them a review. Maybe there's someone else out there as anxious as I was? I'm hoping this helps.
