This place has gotten so down hill. Take a good look at the interior and exterior of building. First, I understand you changed your system but when I arrived you put me in as another patient and then sent me a portal with someone else's name just unexceptable. Then the front desk girl was talking bad about me trying to blame me to her manager telling her.
I wasn't very nice. Really I heard everything in the waiting area. Thin walls lady! This is the last time me and my wife come here. We are done with the unprofessional manner. We are so nice to them too Dr Chang is our obgyn. She really needs to go to professional office she doesn't deserve that. She is to good of a doctor. Bye

I have genuinely hit my breaking point with this office. Dr. Chang is truly a great provider, although she is not in the office quite frequently, but the front office staff of this practice is an absolute joke. I have never seen such incompetence and absolute disregard for patients in my life. I just received yet another "third and final notice" of a payment that I had ALREADY MADE and am being threatened with getting sent to collections.
The amount of times I've been double booked at the same time as another patient and was forced to reschedule, having my appointments cancelled the day of, being unable to get through to the office on the phone, or have gotten letters in the mail like the one stated above (even though a payment has already been made) is absolutely beyond me. The front office staff are rude in general, usually laughing and joking amongst themselves ignoring phone calls, and have even made comments about patients who are standing a few feet away.
When calling with questions, don't expect them to know simple answers. They'll typically put you on hold, forget about you, and someone else eventually picks up and you have to reexplain yourself all over again. Overall, this practice is just a giant headache to deal with and each time I go, I wonder why I still do.

Pretty sure my review was deleted so here it is again. Don't recommend. I had an IUD that was two years over due that they failed to mention at either of my annual visits. When I called they told me they gave me a card. 5 years ago. And it was my responsibility. also Dr Chang has no bedside manner and is condescending.

I tried to make an appointment with this practice 3 times. First time I was able to schedule an appointment but it was 2 months out. Ultimately I was unable to make that appointment. When I called a week out from that original appt to reschedule they said they had nothing available & that I should call back in 3 months. Upon calling those 3 months later they, again, told me they didn't have any appointments & to call back in 3 months (May) to schedule an appointment. Extremely unprofessional. It's been 6 months that I've been trying to schedule with this place but I've decided it isn't worth the wait.

They take a lunch break from 12-1 and don't answer the phone. That's fine, but it's 1:30 and I'm still getting the answering service. This happens pretty frequently, and it is frustrating. If they are busy, instead of asking you to hold, they will just hang up. Make sure you bring a pen when you arrive as you will be asked to write your name and address over, and over, and over and over.
They photocopy and scan your license and insurance information, and then ask you to hand-write it all again several times. This is the only doctor's office I've been to that has not upgraded their technology. Recently, I needed to get a form to have a biopsy - they told me I had to drive to the office to come pick it up. They wouldn't email it. They wouldn't upload it onto the portal.
They wouldn't mail it. I had to drive there to get a blank form. That was the last straw. I switched practices, and my new OBGYN found a polyp and a cyst that need immediate treatment. My trust is gone with this practice.

Horrible service. I got a letter in the mail saying that I owe a $15 collection and that is my third and final warning and that they will be reporting it to their collections office in the next 10 days. HOWEVER, the last appointment I went to, they had told me that I couldn't go to my appointment unless I paid the fee. I gave the $15 in cash then went into the appointment.
It's been 10 days since I got the letter and everyday I've been trying to call the office to tell them that I paid it months ago and they just shut down the phone line 2-3 hours before they close. I live in another state now and can't go to the office and they never answer the phone :

I have been going to this practice since I was 14. 15 years later, I have an 18 month old and regret sticking with this office. I made an appointment for an emergency and when I got there they told me I couldn't be seen because of a balance in collections. That's a fair reason but it should be mentioned upfront and prior to getting to the office/making the appointment.
I had to secure a sitter and time off work for this appointment just to be turned away despite swelling and pain in my breast. They knew of my issue and they genuinely don't care. Don't get me started on my labor and delivery story where the doctor thought she lost the needle in my body and I had to get an x ray 5 minutes post partum (and of course they charged ME for the xray). Not to mention, the care received by doctors who seemed nonchalant, unhelpful, and bored by the worries I had as a first time pregnant lady/mom. I'm over this place.

Super disappointed in the way this offices handles anything especially with a real concern as a patient. Called for an appointment due to having severe cramping and clotting in between periods the last two months and couldn't be seen till July 9th and they stated if it got worse to call back. Well it got worse and I called back and got 5 different answers from front desk staff and they basically told me to just wait for the appointment. Front desk staff was so rude and had no consideration for my concerns. Will never refer this place to any female.
