Ridiculous wait time. Showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Still ended up waiting 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Poor communication from front staff.

Very professional. The light fixtures are awesome! Everyone there is very kind and gentle. I have been at this location three times and every experience was as good as can be. I highly recommend everyone goes once a year! I highly recommend this awesome place!

Went before but it wasn't as great as today, got an ultrasound done today and Rachel was the best! Idk how much she makes but it's not enough! Give that woman a medal, a raise and a commendation!

I was told I have breast cancer by Dr Meyer. She walked in, barely made eye contact and told me. She then told me potentially what treatment will be and that her assistant would give me a packet of who to contact next. Zero compassion. No shed of positivity or how I was after hearing this news If this is your job as a Dr learn how to do it right. I will find another place for any imaging I need from now on and will tell everyone I know. I feel for anyone that will be receiving unwelcome news from this facility.

I had a CT and MRI today. Every single employee that I came across was amazing. Very professional, explained the processes and just so compassionate. At times these appointments are nerve wracking but the staff made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate the pride they all take in their job. Thank you!

I can't even begin to explain My unhappiness with this place. This is the first (and the last time) I've had a mammogram here. I could tell the tech doing the images was having trouble and I definitely would have preferred for her to redo everything at that moment than to be called back to do more images at a later date. It's also really awful to be told the radiologist who read your images would like more clear images but I can only get you in a month and a week from now. REALLY?! So Basically a person with health anxiety would have a nervous breakdown in this place. Definitely will request to NOT be sent back here again

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. The staff here is great! So friendly and efficient. My tech's name was VINNITAH. SHE was AMAZING! Made me feel comfortable and safe during my whole experience.

Still waiting for that returned phone call I was promised. Billing refuses to fix their error. Please ask billing to send a pre-authorization to my insurance. That's all I need. Accolade and I have wasted hours on the phone, only for billing to refuse to do something that simple. I shouldn't have to call again.

There wasn't very much of a wait even though I showed up 15 minutes before I had to. I had a ultrasound sound on my arm done & the tech was so pleasant, & concerned. She asked me questions as she worked & explained what she was doing. I was happy with the service they provided, it was clean. I will recommend this place.
