This billing company continues to attempt to bill for items they have already been paid for via insurance + HSA/health fund. In others word, if you are not following the money trail these guys would love to eat up your double payment. Spoke to a Jay here, seems like they know they do this, but was peddling BS. Rude guy too. Cant give a 0 so giving a 1
