There are no words to describe our experience with Dr. Freedman! We called on a Friday @530pm, Father's Day weekend in a panic that our 4 year old had a chin laceration to be sutured. Without hesitance his receptionist said to come in. We walked in and there were others with emergencies as well. Meaning this doctor was nice enough to squeeze us all in?! Impeccable.

We get inside, entire procedure done in 5 minutes. Everything prepared, numbed up and sutured. His patience, hospitality, suturing was just perfect. A 4 year old screaming he did not even worry or panic as I'm sure others would have advised to just go to the ER. It gets better.a plastics that takes insurance? Also surreal. We get home, our boy did not have pain since the second we left the office!

Not during the night, the next day or anything! We are forever grateful his receptionist took us and did not just send us away! The world is a better place because of people like you Dr. Freedman. Thank you!

What a wonderful plastic surgeon! If you want to look younger and refreshed, he's the doctor for you! Been to others, he's the most honest! All surgeons are salespeople, not Dr Freedman!

So it was Thanksgiving and I decided to play a bit of harmless 2 hand touch football. However I ended up at urgent care that showed a displaced fracture on 1 finger and torn tendon on the other finger. The urgent care doctor somehow was able to call Dr Freedman where Dr Freedman happily opened his clinic to see me. At this point I have never met Dr Freedman.

Not only was he patient in answering my myriad of questions, he showed tremendous knowledge and bedside manner. I had to remind myself that it was Thanksgiving and this man opened his clinic out of the kindness and willingness to care for an injured patient. He drilled pins into the bone to stabilize the displaced fracture and wrapped up splints to both my fingers. Needless to say I am grateful and lucky to have received professional care on a major holiday. If I had waited, the chances of healing would be much lower. Dr Freedman if you are reading this, thank you again.

Dr Freedman is a outstanding physician. I needed emergent surgical procedure. He and his his precision were top of the charts. His staff equally Amazing. He is the finest of Doctors. I recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Had an appointment scheduled to get my wrist checked out because urgent care said I broke it. Receptionist was rude, slow, and unhelpful. Made me wait 30 minutes before telling me I needed a referral and by that point my primary was already about to close. Was told when my appointment was made that i DID NOT need a referral. When I told her this she argued with me saying I should know what my responsibilities are. any specialty doctor I've ever been to has called me BEFORE my appointment to let me know if I was missing a necessary referral.

She said thats not their responsibility. makes no sense. I wasted an hour and a half of my day for no reason. Good thing my bone wasn't sticking out. Awful service. No wonder why the reviews say its always backed up in there! Cause their staff sucks.

Excellent A+++ We were referred to Dr. Freedman after our 8 year old split his bottom lip in an ice skating accident. He came to his office after hours to accommodate us and waited for us to get there even though he had another emergency right after us. Dr. Freeman was very knowledgeable and excellent with him. He made him feel relaxed and did an amazing job with the stitches in such a short appointment. Thank you Dr. Freedman!

Dr Freedman is a wonderful doctor. He took his time with me, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and did a terrific job with my hand surgery. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.

I came in looking for a tip rhinoplasty to fix my bulbous nose. After two surgeries and one local anesthetic, I still have a bulbous tip nose. Dr. Freedman is incompetent and does not no what he is doing. Not to mention the women working in his office are beyond nasty and if you have an appointment - beware you will be waiting for over two hours.

I absolutely love Dr. Freedman and his staff. They are amazing. Dr. Freedman is the kindest doctor. He takes his time with you. He treats you with such care and he is a perfectionist. His attention to detail and desire to care for his patients is a trait you don't often find anymore. He took care of a few things for me, but especially after a mosquito bite I got a cyst on my eyelid.

He removed it pain free and he never leaves visible scars. He is a master of plastic surgery and repairing surgery. Also, some people get upset you have to wait. Please remember that the hospital sends patients to him for plastic surgery on spot or there are emergency patients he will accept mid a packed day's schedule, like little children with serious falls that require stitches.

He helps everyone. Then he will take his time with you just as much because we are all individual cases he must get to know to help you the best. I would never ever let anyone ever touch my face or any kind of surgery except him. Best Doctor ever.
