I like this clinic because they have good service and the doctors are good. I recommend this clinic for your kids.

I have found Dr. Rau. This man is AMAZING! Kids have been seeing Dr. RAU since coming home from hospital. He was located in Riverview however I have followed him to his new location in Palmetto. The staff is kind and informative! Hands down THEEEE BEST DR.

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago. Automated system called 20 times in 10 minutes to confirm plus a rep called once. They had all of the insurance info and the child has been there before. I take off early, get to the appointment early just for them to say "We don't take the insurance"; so to keep the appointment I would have to pay $65. After totally wasting my time, $65 was too much for them to eat. Even offered to pay with 20% off. Nope, nothing, nada. I shouldn't have to pay a dime for their "new staff" not doing their job. Wasted day and time.

I've been coming year with my kids since their births and I love this office friendly staff and doctors are really knowledgeable and friendly. Wait time is very minimal which is the best part.

Ive been taking my kids here for over 4 years. The doctors are amazing but the front staff is atrocious. Just plain rude and snippy. Id much rather travel to manasota pediatrics then be at palmetto. These girls need to realize this is a job dealing with the public. Everytime i come in here its always something!

I have been going here for years with 4children! All of the staff is amazing! They are all very kind and caring. Anytime my children are sick I get a same day appointment. I love the staff they are loving, caring, and efficient. I would not take my children anywhere else.

My daughter is 8 months old, I've been taking her to Palmetto Pediatrics since she was born and we have had a pleasant experience with all the staff. The nurses are awesome, the doctors have been informative and the office staff has reported quickly to what I need. I haven't had any issues with my child that would require an extensive amount of time there, but all in all a really good experience.

The Doctors are great but unfortunately their office staff is mediocre. They're unprofessional, in every aspect (appearance and customer service). They're very unorganized and simply not what one should have to deal with when taking your sick child to Doctor. Like I said, the Doctors are great, just not their office staff.

The Doctors are great. The office staff on the other hand are completely unprofessional. They're rude. They call me, leave a message regarding my son, tell me to call them back, I do and then they tell me no one ever called me. Also, I called when my 3 month old had a high fever the 'nurse' told me to read the back of the Tylenol package! For his age, it says ASK A DOCTOR!
